^ does not belong to the Pikachu family, though ^'s username is closely associated with it.

^May or may not use music to do magic

Actually....
XO Not again.

^^'s happiness can cause the shutdown of cities and (potentially) emergency services

True, but not all of it is always happiness. With it there is the anxiety and concern, concern for how others must fare when they need to be out there. But I can't be mad at the snow. It doesn't 'sadden' me. It is only -there- and we can't hope it's out of our way when it comes down. It will be everywhere. So instead of rejecting the work that comes with putting up with snow, I embrace it when it comes and I'm happy to be in it even when others are not. In that I'm willing to help others that may not fare so well on their own, and it's in that positive helpful attitude people don't feel bad about their predicaments.

Still, I would feel bad for those unfortunately caught stranded by the storm. In it what can you do? All you can do and that's all.

I was thinking of this one story on the news (don't remember where it took place) where this guy was having abdominal pain, so much so that he couldn't walk. He and his girlfriend called 911... I think four times, but the first three times, the ambulance got stuck in the snow about four blocks from his house and said that he would have to come to them. He ended up dying the next morning, when the ambulance could finally get to him.
