Well, I got a new job recently that calls for a bunch of cement testing.
Its pretty neat really. I get to go out and about to construction sites
throughout the region, collect the concrete they pour and after a certain
amount of time, test those cement cores and return the results of those
tests over to the contractors.

Actually, I had just tried a tofurky sausage and it plain-out sucked. I couldn't even swallow the first bite, and it made me feel sick regardless. (That was the second one I tried; the day before, I tried a different one. It sucked too, but not as much. I managed to eat the whole thing.)

I'd try it. I don't dislike vinegar. (In fact, when I was smaller, I used to eat ham'n'vinegar, or slices of ham immersed in a small plate of vinegar--and drink the leftovers.) Pickled sausages sounds odd, though.
