Well, experiences like that don't help >_<. If in the right kind of food, c. milk can make for some awesome creaminess.I'm not, but I seem to vaguely remember tasting things with coconut milk (I think one included peanuts), and they all tasted weird in a bad way.
So it does happen. [always wondered if chefs got attacked by their food]. Well at least you know you're not allergic to that as some fish can leave annoying marks on those who turn out to be allergic.Well, now that I think about my Culinary class last fall, I did once get stung by the pectoral fin of whatever fish that was that I was cutting up....
