^ isn't being served on Stephen Colbert's dish with a side of fish.

Wow, I can take someone else's work and replace one of the characters with Spade! Ingenious!
Photo manipulation is an art. You had an interesting string of Spade's going on a weekly basis and you carried them off fairly well. I'm not trying to say you're Picasso or an expert, but you're clearly no amature. Though judging from your current lapse from any new sigs then I can see why you would suggest you're current feeling of lack of creativity, but then I say it may just be writers block. But I can't really impose, I'm not sure what you've really felt, but I do notice you don't lack creativity.

I wouldn't say I'm being too critical of myself: it's something I've been noticing for a long time.
Well, even when noticed, those kinds of things don't need to sound sour.

Up until now, I've always considered myself mediocre at math. Shoot, I haven't been doing as well as I think I should be doing, but I've noticed that for a while I've always been average. I'd mess up a number here and a little number there early on in the equation but I'd still finish it. As I advance, the math gets harder but those little errors seem to go away, but then I'm faced with all these new mistakes. Even though I make those mistakes, I still want to be an engineer, I don't let those mistakes get in over what I want to do. Over time, those will go away too and soon there won't be much else to learn so the process corrects itself.

The dozens of interesting posts you've had over the years :O

This is only a random showing of how random you can make the place appear, yet still manage coherence. I feel like that can fit into the creative spectrum. Plus you've had ton's of better posts... I can't find them at the rate you seem to recall things though ._.

I believe you and Ratochu made the place more interesting by breaking away from just stating the obvious allowing this place to become a bit more free spirited in nature. :D

Ah, missed this part. ^^;
Explains Sexy Numbers

Interesting, ... but actually, I was referring to you explaining the the Furret again since 'Ephraim and me' brought it up ^^;;

Actually, I am an amateur. I never worked with Photoshop much until I started with the sigs/avatars.

I think I'm just too tired and overworked (well, more like not managing my time effectively... >_>) to make new sigs/avatars. Even now, I should be working on something I have to present Thursday....

I guess you're right....

Oh. ._.;

Well, Ephraim and me, I don't particulary care for Shiny Furret. It's... ok. This is why I have one as an avatar (and if you care, this is her story).

^ knows that i think that THIS!!! IS!!! SPARTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!

Assuming you meant "succeed," that's more like Rayne or Æsahættr. First dude's already got a job. I don't, and I don't even know what I want to do this spring, let alone for a living. Second dude's getting a bunch of Engineering awards.

Whoops I meant to say "SECEDE." let me fix it...

Woah, I still have a ways to go. The summer job was temporary, I still have 2 years left in college and a rather rigorous program to get through before I can secure any job. Besides, you have plenty of time to decide what you'd like to do, in fact you'll probably not be aware you're getting into something you like before you become 'successful' at it. Some don't get a start until their late 20's and end up just fine, like my own dad or some of the old professors here on campus. Who knows, you may end up becoming more successful than either of us.

But you do have something to aim for, right?

Oy, the dissonance of wanting to do something but not wanting to do anything, mixed with the fact that I don't even know what that "something" I want to do is....[/angst]

I think the same's true for my own dad, too. However, it still bothers me that I have no idea what to do with my life right now, now that I know that I don't want to be a culinarian, veterinarian, or translator.

^ doesn't plan to take the turn of le tournee du chat noir.

But that's the beauty of it.. you don't have to know what you want. You sorta just let it all come to you. It happened to this old guy who explained he started out with nothing on his mind and picked engineering on a whim entering college, he didn't even know what kind of engineering. Later on in life he ends up taking Biology and invents a tree radar unit. He says just let life come to you, it'll all work out if you accept it.

^'s heart probably doesn't feel dead inside, nor is it cold and hard and petrified.

I still don't even know about Engineering as a career though. I mean, those awards are all well and good, but Engineering still seems very daunting to me. It's still, right now, a choice between Journalism and Engineering (possibly Civil.) On the one hand, Journalism is probably what I'd be better at and I know of some really great courses. But on the other hand, at the moment, I'm doing better in Engineering, and the call for Engineers in this state is through the roof. I know I've still got plenty of time to decide but I just don't know. :S

^ Could be wrong about ^^'s heart.

Word of advice about your career choices: This is what I tell my nephews and nieces. Find something you like and interests you. If you find it, you're set for life. Don't worry about money. Yes, lots of money is nice, but if that's what you're concerned about, you will earn lots of money and hate doing it.
