^ may or may not be glad to hear that my honey is not 'frozen' just crystallized.

I had no clue that honey naturally did this. I just thought it became discolored/disfigured from being stored at a really low temperature (which I'm sure helped contribute).

Not really. It's just after being reminded I have some of it, I felt like putting it to use. So far my oatmeal, bananas and soon to be rice-flour based pancakes will have been glazed by the succulent sweetness that is honey.

Oh and tea, can't forget the tea.
