The Shiny Hunters- Start Up

The start up has begun, there's not many people in this RP but I hope it will be enough to keep it going. Now I am going to tag you (Never done it, so not sure how to do it right).

This will start off with your character getting a letter from the FBI requesting you to join Agent Ferguson underneath the Sinnoh League, and will be arriving shortly. My character Phoenix is a on a boat and yours can be as well (Unless they want to get there a different way)

Dear Trainer,

This is Agent Katherine Ferguson, of the FBI and I am tasked to request your presence underneath the Sinnoh League, an escort will lead you to the entrance once you reach the Island.

This is very urgent and due to the fact you own a Shiny Pokemon, your own life remains in danger. Someone is attempting to steal all Shiny Pokemon and harass a possible hidden power that will make them stronger, we cannot allow this so we are collecting up owners of Shinies and asking you to help us fight back.

Please note, if you do not show up we will not force you to come, however being that your life is in danger we urge you to come.

Underneath the Sinnoh League was an agent pacing around a four walled room, with a small kitchen, a door leading to the bathroom and a rather large lounge room filled with couches and a TV, you wouldn't guessed it was underground with the way the walls were painted white.

"Nine?" A silver Ninetales with blue tips at the end of her tail asked as she watched her new trainer pacing, she could tell she was worried and hoping these trainers would arrive soon.

"I really hope we can do this Ninetales, I know they are getting closer.. Getting closer to the myth that isn't really a myth, there really is a secret hidden power that makes you stronger then all others" Katherine said to the Ninetales, being of the FBI she already knew of this, this was not a myth and they hadn't told the public, due to the fact things like the Shiny Hunters could end up hunting them.

"They should be here soon. I hope" Katherine said softly to herself staring at the steel door, looking out of place from the inside, from the outside was a long underground tunnel leading up to an meadow next to the League.

Phoenix had received the letter from the FBI, at first looking shocked that the FBI was writing to her and was terrified she was in trouble, although she wasn't in trouble with the law it wasn't too far off.

After saying farewell to Flannery, she headed onto the Sinnoh Pokemon League and was currently on a boat with some other trainers. The League was slowly coming into view as Phoenix looked at it then pulled out five of her pokeballs. "So guys, looks like we may be heading for something dangerous, I just hope we win, whatever is going on" Phoenix said softly looking scared, she didn't want to lose her shiny Pokemon, she didn't want to lose any of them even her normal colored Nidoran. She looked back up as they got closer to the shore.

Hidden high above the resort area in Sinnoh, a place for people to go on vacation and just enjoy themselves was a mansion, it looked normal aside from hiding in the forest and almost abandoned, but it wasn't.

It was home to the Shiny Hunter, and mastermind of it Mia Faye and her band of Shiny Hunters, located below the mansion was a lab containing Pokemon of unusual colors, and Mia was there now. She walked around tapping her foot angrily, staring at the shinies, one of them missing.

"Someone better locate that Ninetales, and that blasted FBI Agent, she is good as dead when I get my hands on her" Mia said angrily staring at a shiny Cloyster, who seemed to shrink from her cold, unforgiving eyes. Mia walked down the long line of cages with the Pokemon of different colors, up to an angry green and black Hydreigon as she stared at it.

"One day, I will control you my beautiful beast. And we will destroy the world" Mia said smirking, the Hydreigon unlike others of it's kind wasn't angry, it laid on the floor of it's cage, all three heads looking miserable, it wasn't like Mia's normal Hydreigon, a force and terror to face, but she wanted it and when she was done, it would become hers. The two shiny Pokemon she wanted the most, the Hydreigon and the only Shiny Ninetales she had, now in the hands of the FBI.

Colt lay back on a deckchair.
He was two floors down from Phoenix, on the sun deck of the ship carrying them both to the Pokemon League.
He was sprawled across the deckchair, letting the sunlight dapple across him.
There was a crumpled letter in his hand, barely clinging to it.
He appeared to be dozing, but kept one eye open, pointing towards their destination.
Absolia paced relentlessly around the deck, every once in a while poking her head through the railings to watch the Water Pokemon following the ship.

The crisp wind blew lightly across Haylie's cheek as she leaned over the railing of the ship, cutting through the choppy water beneath her. In her hand was the letter, beckoning her to the Sinnoh League.
Haylie sighed. Was this really a good idea? She had been craving for something to do ever since she faced a crushing lost in the Hoenn League, so she jumped at the chance to go to Sinnoh, not thinking about the consequences.
She would soon find out.

Garrett sighed; he hadn't really wanted to leave Unova before he could defeat the Elite Four, but he really didn't see any other option. At least he might be able to challenge some of the gym leaders in Sinnoh while he was there though.

((Well now that the April Fools drama is over I can finally post here))

Emily was on the deck looking out at the ocean, she re-read her letter for about the hundredth time. When she first got she thought it was some sort of prank at first but decided she didn't want to take that chance. Emily also noticed there were a few other trainers too all with atleast one Shiny so something was defainatly up. She turned to Sunny behind her.

"Well Sunny I guess we'll soon find out what's going on."

The boat slowly docked at the Sinnoh League where a man, another FBI Agent waited for these trainers. Once it stopped and allowed the passengers to step off he spoke

"Welcome, I presume all of you are the trainers of a Shiny Pokemon?" The FBI Agent asked once the small group of trainers assembled in front of him on the dock.

"We are, where is this meeting?" Phoenix spoke up, feeling like the oldest out of them she might as well speak. The boat started departing as everyone was off the boat now.

"Honey, you aren't going to a meeting" the agent smirked before his brown eyes seemed to glower at her. "Attack them! Those Shiny Pokemon will be ours!" the agent shouted, the boat going but was blindsided as three Gyarados came from the ocean and shot Hyper Beam at the boat before rearing up to the trainers.

"Metagross, Volcarona attack!" the agent added as a large white and blue bug with red wings came from some bushes, and Metagross appeared from a cliff and lunged an Flamethrower and Hyper Beam at the trainers.

Katherine grabbed herself a coffee from the fridge, checking her watch every so minutes, thinking they should be here by now, what was holding them? She got a phone call and answered it. "Agent Katherine Ferguson speaking" Katherine replied.

"Agent Ferguson it's me, Agent Kosher, we have just discovered a spy in our organization. It seems the newly hired Agent Barracks, who was meant to help you and show the trainers where the meeting is, was not an real agent, he came to trick us and ambush the trainers as they came to the island. Mia knows where the meeting place is" the voice said, belonging to Katherine's boss.

"Wait how's that..." Katherine trailed off as she stared at Ninetales, she never got the tracker off. "The tracker, I knew it was a bad idea. I will figure a way to destroy it once I stop the agent" Katherine said hanging up.

"Come on Ninetales, let's go!" Katherine ordered as she struggled to pull open the steel door, which did open but she got a text and looked at it. "You aren't the only one who can double cross me- Mia" the text said, it was obivous Mia was getting revenge for Katherine double crossing the Shiny Hunters. Pulling out her gun she ran up the underground corridor with Ninetales right behind her as they rushed to the trainers.

Haylie instinctively ducked down to the floor as a Hyper Beam swept over her head. With a trembling hand, Haylie reached down to her belt and took off two Poke Balls. Bringing herself to her feet, Haylie tossed them onto the deck in front of her!
"Raichu, Staraptor! Ready, go!" They appeared before her in a flash of red light, itching for battle. With a finger pointed toward the enemy, Haylie announced her moves.
"Raichu, Thunderbolt! Staraptor, Brave Bird!" Raichu let out a flash of lightning toward the Gyarados as Staraptor plunged toward it, its screech resounding through the air.

Colt rolled his eyes as the attack blew over his head.
He looked at Absolia.
Absolia leapt at the enemy trainer, using Psycho Cut.
She cloaked her claws in large pink-grey psychic blades, and aimed for the enemy trainer.

Emily dived out of the way just in time then grabbed one of her pokeballs.

"Ivy, I need you!"

Emily threw the pokeball revealing her Roselia who looked more than ready to battle.

"Ivy use Stun Spore!" Emily commanded.

Ivy raised her her arms and released a golden powder from her flowers and onto the enemy pokemon.

Garrett jumped back; although the attacks had missed him by alot, it was a natural reaction to such a surprise."Go, Serperior!" He threw a pokeball that emitted a burst of red light that turned into a green, snake-like creature. He saw some of the other trainers using their shiny Pokemon. Are they stupid? He thought. They want our shiny Pokemon.

OC: I hope you guys don't mind if this is going at a slow pace, I am trying not to go too fast as it seems that's how people probably got lost in several of my other RPs, so I am waiting for the three who haven't posted yet. If they don't in a day I will post the next scene though. So @SnorlaxEatsYourPie @Akinai @Chadwyck are you guys still posting?

At first, Makina was too much in a daze to do anything. After all, the whole reason they had been sent here had to have been a joke. Once she saw this new person call out her Pokemon to attack the trainers themselves rather than wait like in a normal battle, her confidence began to waver. It was still up in the air whether or not her Shiny Pokemon were different, but something was definitely wrong with this situation.

“Salo, you're up!” Makina called, narrowly missing the Flamethrower as she tossed a Pokeball forward. Moments later, her Salamence fully materialized and was now looking at the Volcarona, letting off a low growl. “Send that thing back with a Dragon Tail!”

Salo took off toward the large Bug-type and whipped his tail forward, aiming to possibly slap the Pokemon towards its Trainer.
