Which warp factor did you use for that?

So there's a question that i've been meaning to ask for a while. How is the situation room 2.0 better than the first situation room?

Back, wow three years, we, AKA the staff mainly, did a giant overhaul of TWR when it got really active, playing/hosting guides, Situation Room, Mentoring System, everything. So it's not necessarily better, just newer.

I didn't, I just used the TARDIS. I am theming one of the Doctors and hosting a Doctor Who themed mafia game, after all.

Newer is not always better. Window Operating Systems should have stopped with XP. Everything since then has been crap in comparison...

7 was good. Vista wasn't bad either, it was just it used too much RAM that nothing worked and widgets killed everything. 8 on the other hand, bleh. Haven't messed with 10 enough to know much. Though XP, that's a bunch of outdated crap.

Also why uninstall IE? It's not like it does anything, and it's nice to have a browser that works with things if everything else breaks.

And we won't even get into how much Macs suck
sorry, tech classes paying off right now

I'm a web developer, @Soulmaster;. I always have Firefox, Opera and Chrome installed on all my computers, regardless of OS. No, Internet Explorer is a symptom of a larger issue.

Windows and OSX both suffer from being dictatorships. I should be able to install or uninstall any product on my computer, including but not limited to Finder (OSX), Safari (OSX), Internet Explorer (Windows), Direct X (Windows), Explorer (The shell... Windows)...

It's my computer, and I should have the final say on what is installed on it... not Microsoft and not Apple.

With Linux, I can install or uninstall anything I want. I want to replace the UI? Done, I don't even have to uninstall it. I want to get rid of ALL the web browsers? Done!

Don't even get me started on the lack of security in Windows... Ugh!

So yeah, uh. I hate Windows.

7 was good, and my current laptop, which is 6+ years old is a Vista. Once I Disabled automatic updates, Vista stopped giving ME trouble.
I still miss XP, though, mostly because it was a good OS. If Windows had continued to update XO, it would have been fine...

I was easily able to Disable automatic updates.

Perhaps you are doing something wrong?

That's with the newer OS.
This is why I said Microsoft should have stopped with Windows XP.

yeah, I have the newer OS on my gaming laptop. It is the only computer in the house that runs Windows ...

Well, that is designed to run Windows xD I have Windows 8 on my iMac. Out of the two devils, I'd rather have Windows than OSX.

... And yes, I did try to install Linux on it. Network drivers put that on ice >.<

I can't hate Microsoft and Apple (Microcrash and Crapple) completely though. If it wasn't for them, there'd be no competition for the superior operating system to test itself against :p

Number A) what makes you think that that's not already the flavor text?
Number B) the files are backed up in a secret location. Consider that I am going to be updating from my phone, not my computer.
