You're welcome ^-^ Not particularly. There's a focus on outside communication (OC) and more role-heavy games, but nothing especially unusual.

OC is a pretty huge difference. I've never played at a place that had that. Can you talk about more of what that entails? I can't help but feel I might be getting the short end of the stick if it works like i think it does. Need more info though.

The game allows the players to communicate through any method that allows the host[s] to be included; PMs, QTs, chat client groups... Discord is a good and stable chat client, with a browser version you can use if you want, although I hear that's less stable than the app. Otherwise, PMs would work best for you.

Hmm.. I would expect people to know who this individual is because I assume people talk to each other a lot here via PM and other means considering OC. I'll have to go try and dig up the quote where he said what I told you about him.

Another question i have is how does this rule work where the thread is open to everyone? Something along the lines of 2-3 people talking in this thread in a certain way or something. No idea what that's about.
