For one, sandwiching two sentences between spoiler banners in a list just looks bad. Second of all, I don't think a massive plot twist is trivial. I asked if this should be removed ages ago, but a couple of people said no because they thought pointing out how it was different was interesting... even though it's already in the plot summary, so it's redundant. Third of all, the WiiWare games exist, so it's factually incorrect.
