I believe pokeballs have a pocket dimension inside each of them

Also if they can revive a kabutops from a fossil wouldnt they be able to revive people from their DNA hence cheating death

Again why didnt the scientist just shoot the tombs in the pokemon tower and reivive all those pokemon

That's not cheating death. The idea of creating an organism with DNA is not reviving the dead. It is pretty much giving birth to a new organism with identical chromosomes.

And, what do you mean "shoot the tombs" and what scientist? Do you even know what you're talking about?

Obtaining fossil Pokemon has been mentioned to similar to how Jurassic Park created dinosaurs. The Old Amber being an obvious reference and strong evidence of this.

I agree with ZMT123. Some of what you wrote is a bit confusing.

That's a pretty common theory, and arguably one of the better ones for the Pokémon. Who wants to be shrunk and riding in a hamster wheel all day?

Cloning from dead DNA? Probably. They might just think it's unethical, which is why they don't do it.

Well, they're already alive in a sense (just ghosts), and can be used in battle with the exception of Marowak, so they might have not bothered. Also see above.

Just because, you revive a cloned Pokemon doesn't mean that it is the "same Pokemon". You can revive a dead person but he might not be the same person. He might not have any memory of his first life. He might be a relative and yet be a stranger. There is not much point of revival if the person who you want dearly reborn doesn't remember you.

A simple comparison would be with harry potter 7. The second deathly hallow could revive dead people but couldn't really bring them close to you.

There is also the argument that "We shouldn't mess with nature". but I don't agree with it anyway.

In our real world, we create genetic clones of animals using the genetic engineering technology. But, the scientist were bind to create only clones of animals but not human due to ethical problems. Seems like the scientists wanted to try so, but never attempt the trial, and also no such success was reported.

If use the same notion, then it is not difficult to understand why scientist in the Pokemon World don't attempt it.
