The TM/HM Game!!

This game was inspired by a funny interaction I had in another game a few minutes ago!!

Basically, you're asking the other player if they can do SOMETHING with what a TM/HM's description is!!
This could be: if they could survive being hurt with it, if they could use it (like dig!), or just if it's possible to...do something with it!!

For example:

Can you rock climb? All you need is HM08

Sadly I don't have that HM in my schoolbag right now!!

Can you Surf!? All you need is HM03! (this sounds like a good game, actually...!)

No, I only have HM0.03, boogie board

Can you think of any HMs off the top of your head cuz I can't, Tako stole my favorite one

An interaction like this!!

You can make up an excuse why you can't, or if you actually CAN do/use/survive/interact with this, tell us why!!
