I believe it's called gender dysmorphia. A person is physically male but feels as if they are female, or vice versa, or perhaps they feel they are of no specific gender. Technically, the physical difference between male and female is called "sex" and the social and mental difference between masculine and feminine is called "gender." I think the two became synonymous when people who didn't like "the icky s-word" (like my sister, who hates saying "sex" [but she doesn't call it "the icky s-word"; she just doesn't talk about it] XD) found another word they could use that "should" be the same thing. (Or they could have started out the same thing, but scientists needed a new word for the social difference, but I think it's my first idea.)Eh? I don't get it... o_0
