I would take on hosting but it is one of two annual games that I live to play in~

Dear War Roomates,

Long time no see, everyone! I see you've been doing well. Here comes the traditional Zexy post-Awards speech of the year (ME didn't have any involvement in this, don't let that single thought cross your mind, absolutely not :p)

So, where do I start... I am honored, I am grateful, thank you all who voted me for the Indep Award and the support you showed to Zexy Games III as Best Bastard Game. I'm glad my indep performance in OoT and my swan song hosted game (which of course had to be bastard to end things with a... sorry, 3 bangs!) have left such an impact, months after my retirement.

I would also like to congratulate everyone else who received an Award, and all TWR players/hosts for doing their best, keeping this place as great as it ever was.

And the bittersweet part... as grateful as I might be, I am way more sorry. I'm just so stretched thin with other commitments, especially this first half of August when my entire extended family was visting, that I simply could not afford a little bit of time to catch up, update my old dusty spreadsheets and make up my mind to place in my votes. In the end I just felt it was unfair to vote based only on the first third of the season that I had enough info of, and decided to refrain from voting at all. Hope you understand.

I also hope I could stay around and play or host some more games, or at least help with TWR Season '18 Mafia, this has traditionally been my own project. But unfortunately, especially for the latter, I cannot go through all the recent hosted games and handpick the best assortment of roles, so I would like to believe that some of our great regulars, TWR staff or not, will step up to the task. Best wishes filling my shoes, whoever it may be, I'm sure you can do great!

Still, if someone wants a little tip on playing or hosting, or insight into my old spreadsheets, feel free to ask anytime. Mention me in TSR, PM me in a conversation here, or DM in Discord. I'm always willing to help with these little things, and you all still have a special place in my heart, even if I cannot afford the time to show it more regularly, just sorry.

To end things on a happier note, just wishing everyone a way way greater TWR Season '19!
