Notice The War Room's New Game Schedule/Queue

- WotE Dual-Type Edition v2 [9p] (Hosted by @Max1996 )
May already start signups, if you want.

The next small mafia game signups open tonight. Sorry for the delay guys :c

The 13 player Kingdom Hearts Mafia hosted by myself & @returnofMCH has been added to the queue
(Also Archie Sonic is out once again since I realised I can't have it in there since I'm hosting with Cheff we'll get there someday people)

Please add True Blue Mafia (17p) to the special games queue for signups to begin on the 6th, game start on the 26th, of January.

Cohosted by Elementar, MoD by Zexy. They are aware of the reasoning.
I'd like to step down as MoD from this game. Elementar can fill in the role by himself, being a TWR mod who's also a game's full co-host. I'm not a full co-host so there's little point in having me in the MoD team as well.

Fair enough. Can I still leave your name in the credits?

As a note, The Kiwi and the Emu: Bulbagarden Down Under [16p] (Hosted by @AussieEevee; and @Yours Truly) [scheduled for April 25th, 2018] has been removed from the queue.
It's been there for two years, so Dylan and I agreed to remove it for the time being. It may return in the future, but for now, it's gone.

I, me, Dylan, whatever you wish to call me. Am up next, with:
Pokemon Regional Evolution - Kanto Edition [13p] (Hosted by @SoaringDylan) [MoD: SoaringDylan]

Signups will open Friday.

Please add Warcraft Mafia (14p) to the Large Games queue.

What is Warcraft? Warcraft is one of the largest fantasy franchises in the world (ranking number 4 according to Entertainment Fuse.

Set primarily in the world of Azeroth, the Warcraft franchise first popped up with the video game Warcraft: Orcs and Humans back in 1993 and since then has gone on to include 3 Real time strategy games, 1 Collectable card game (@Zexy hosted a game based on this, Hearthstone), 1 trading card game, quite a few novels, a movie, comics… and most importantly, A Massively Multiplayer Online Roleplaying Game, World of Warcraft.

The latter one is the reason why we are here today.

So what is World of Warcraft? It is a Massive online world, filled with quests, and monsters, and treasure for players to explore, defend and conquer.

This mafia game is a little different from most, as we’re borrowing the class system from World of Warcraft. So how does it work?

Each player will start as a vanilla, goon or survivor (Depending on faction). Your only power will be your vote.

When Day 2 roles around, you will be asked to choose a specialisation. Each class has 2-4 specs, you can only choose one and each spec gives you powers or abilities. From then to the end of the game, you will be that spec and have those powers. Choose carefully.

The characters are based around TWR players, and I have assigned them a class based on what I know about them.

If you want to know a bit about the classes in the game, please see: WoWPedia

Name claiming is allowed because characters do not indicate faction.
You may also discuss class, spec and other related information because they do not indicate faction.
You may NOT discuss your characters race (Human, Night Elf, Dwarf, Gnome, Worgen // Orc, Troll, Tauren, Forsaken, Blood Elf, Goblin), home city, etc as they indicate faction.

The Rules: Please read them as they differ from the Zexy standard ruleset and may differ from the AussieEevee standard rules.

1. Forum Rules and War Room Rules always apply.
2. Day phases will last 48 hours and Night phases will last 24 hours, unless phases get shortened as discussed in rule 9. Votes and actions will be locked as soon as the deadline for each phase passes. Votes/actions at :59 count, those at :00 don't. If the host(s) are sure that they won't be able to update, they may extend the phase in question straight from the beginning.
3. Please be active. You may be subbed out if you haven't made a game-relevant action for 72 hours. If no sub is available to take your place, or you keep not performing game-relevant actions for the next 72 hours, you may be modkilled. The aforementioned deadlines may be shortened on the host(s)' discretion, in case where waiting for that long would disrupt game integrity too much.
4. No quoting or screenshots of any conversation with the host. This includes exact wincon wording and posting fake data that supposedly comes from said sources.
4a. Name claiming depends on the game, but if the opening post does not mention it, assume that name claiming is not allowed.
5. If you change your username mid-game, please state your old and new ones in-thread and mention the host(s).
6. To vote, use the following format: "VOTE: <PLAYER>". To unvote, use "UNVOTE: <PLAYER>". A tie in the plurality of votes will result in No Lynch.
7. Rules are subject to change. The host(s) will make sure to mention you if that happens. Your Role PM may also list exceptions to any of these rules.
8. No loophole abuse at all, please. You may ask the host(s) if a specific action you are unsure over would be considered a loophole in private and they may let it slide. However, obvious loopholes that are clearly outside the nature of the game abused without informing the host(s) beforehand may be faced with a zero-tolerance policy.
9. Eevee games contain no Hyper-Majority rules, and do not announce -Lo. Instead, two things are different about Eevee games.
9a. If it is a day phase and the game is capable of ending within this day phase, or the night phase, you will be notified that this may be the last phase of the game. If it is night phase, you will get the same notification but it does not apply to the next day phase.
9b. Instead of hyper majority, late-game day phases will be shortened at the hosts discretion. This will generally be when the activity has died down, and will be announced at the beginning of the shortened phases.
10. Outside contact is permitted. Please include the hosts and MoD in all conversations.
11. After dying in the game, you may post more but said posts may not contain game-relevant information.
12. If the game has no deaths for 4 consecutive phases because of continuous No Lynches in the day phases followed by factions with kills purposely idling them in the night phases, or if the game has reached a stalemate state, the game will end as a tie for the parties involved.
12a. You will be warned if the game is approaching such a stalemate.
13. The most important rule. Have fun!

This intigues me, as it reminded me of some scrapped ideas I had when I was trying to wrangle that EO Mafia game into something playable. Sign me up.
