Well, just as the title says:
there are some "Oficial" way to translate the Bulbapedia to Spanish?
Spanish Speakers have only the Wikidex to gather information about Pokemon but that Wiki is not the most complete wiki. People who can understand english prefer the Bulbapedia over Wikidex because Bulbapedia have much more information. But... what happens whit the people who cant understand english?, well they just conform whit the incomplete wikidex.
