Whenever it's faster than what's against it, it's a 99.9% guaranteed win. If not, then Breloom survives first attack - IF the opponent even uses an attacking move at all - then the same, big chance of winning.

The high defenses are awesome on this thing.

I really hate Milotic because of the Battle Tower!

I would definately recommend giving something to Breloom. If speed is an issue, then the Quick claw could come in handy.
