You know if Team Rocket catches Manene then that episode wouldn't be considered filler ^^. I think the large episode count between the Battle Factory and Arena may be to make up for only having 3 episodes between the Hoenn league and the Battle Factory. Although...I wonder if it's possible for that ghost vs psychic episode that comes before this to be the Battle Arena.

Possibly, Haunter always liked Ash. And maybe this time it'll take it's battle seriously. It has been a few years....
