Yeah, it's finally been downgraded to a Tropical Storm.

But if you're in the area that it's supposed to hit, still be ready for plenty of rain~
 
A bit too late for the downgrade to do anyone any sort of good :(

On a more amusing note, Rita REALLY loves running in circles. Just look at her headed almost damn straight *east* within a few days, crossing the length of Southern Arkansas into Mississipi.
 
Well, atleast it's not very damaging like Katina, which made alot of damages to about 4 towns, but it still did some damage..
