HELP: Trying to write my fic (Vice Versa)

Not to be desperate or anything, but for months I’ve been trying to write a pokemon fanfic with detective protagonists trying to solve mysteries that incorporates into a high-stakes larger mystery that’s more like a big conscpiracy rumored in the region the story takes place. I’ve also added some other canon pokemon characters into the story, a gimmick akin to mega evolutions and something simillar to the TCG’s delta species, but it would be pretty messy and disorganized if I had to tie it all together… I’m even trying to start the fic with a draft that’s gone over a few revisions and I merely even don’t know what I’m doing.

Got any ideas and fic writing tips to help organize the big ol’ plot bunny that was this mess?
