so what's the general opinion on Turtonator in the competitive scene? decent? completely horrible?

That's the one.
He'll probably be really good in UU or RU as a physical wall, or it can even run a Specs set with Overheat and Draco Meteor, but it's waaaay too slow and weak to be used in OU (which is the only tier that exists for now)

I mean, he's pretty Physically bulky, but I don't think he's gonna be usable in higher tiers~ I imagine people will find a way to make him work, but I doubt it'll be very common~
