So, as some of us know, the UK has been airing english episodes 2-4(or more) weeks earlier than the US is, are they stopping after this week? If not, does that mean the english dub of the Diancie movie will air that early aswell?

Actually it has stopped. According to CITV's schedule, next weekend they will re-air XY001 and XY002 instead of new dubbed episodes. It had to stop sometime soon anyway, because at the rate they were going, they were eventually getting ahead of Japan. Perhaps they will resume airing dub episodes early again some time in the future, but for now I suppose they will just re-air older XY episodes.

Ok then, that's good to know, this means the Diancie movie will air probably the day or two after the US does.

Right now, there is no word on M17's UK airing.
Last month, I asked them a few questions about the 17th season. Their reply was:
CITV has picked up all 45 episodes of Pokemon's 17th Season. CITV will be continuing with the UK Premiere of episodes for a couple more weeks, before repeating the episodes across the summer period. CITV will then come back with more new episodes this autumn.
So, yeah... The new episodes will resume in Autumn. And apparently, this season will have 45 episodes (consider it unconfirmed for now).

We're not getting them "early" we're just getting them ahead of the US. :p
Also the OP does look a bit like "how dare the UK show them before the US" Even going so far as to say its "good to know" that the UK will stop airing before the US.
UK getting it later won't make you get it any quicker. Equally some nice soul might put the episode online for you. So you might also benefit.

The thing with Pokemon in the UK, is it is usually shown daily, ie Monday to Friday, not 1 day a week as in US and Japan.
So we start off quite far behind then catch up and slightly over taken, then take a break during which time we fall far behind again, and the process repeats :D

Well..that wasn't really the reason I made the thread .-. it was out of curiosity for the english dub of the Diancie movie, lols

Do you mean the UK shows new episodes daily, or just Pokemon episodes in general? Because Pokemon actually does come on everyday (except Sunday currently) in the US, as well. New episodes are, however, shown one day a week.

Yes new episodes are daily. So a season of 45 episodes would last 9 weeks in the UK. So yeah we start really far behind the US, then catch up usually just in time to show the last 1 or 2 before you guys air them. They then go on repeat daily, again and again until eventually they are ready to show a new series for 9 weeks.

Ah, that's quite interesting~

They're showing two new episodes a week, on saturday and sunday. But even since they will now start at the beginning of XY, they will catch up again sooner than you think.
