I love the idea that the Pokedex would outright simply say it's literally a bigger version of its pre-evolved form.

Shouldn't the levels for moves be higher for the evolutions?
Also, what's the Level 31 Poison move? :p

25: Sparkplug
The Spark Pokemon
Details: Imagine a spark you would get from an electrical current or static. Sparkplug has aspects of that and also has wires for limbs.
Pokedex:
(Pre Post Game) Sparkplug is a confusing pokemon, as nobody knows anything about their creation or how they got here. They just showed up one day.
(Post Game) Sparkplugs are accidental creations from an accident when scientists were working on a border. They were faulty sparks who merged with a life source and wires somehow, and this monstrosity was created.
Type: Electric
Abilities:
Error: Whenever affected by a status condition, this pokemon will have a random stat maxed out. On the contrary, the status condition effects are doubled.
Static (HA): When affected with a physical move, there is a 30 percent chance for the opponent to be paralyzed.
Stats:
HP: 65
Attack: 75
Defense: 75
Special Attack: 75
Special Defense: 90
Speed: 100
Total: 480

Thunderbolt (Level 25)
Power Whip (Level 31)
Baton Pass (Level 34)
Toxic (Level 35)
Calm Mind (Level 39)
Simple Beam (Level 42)
Thunder (Level 44)
Metal Blast [New Move] (Level 52) Type: Steel | Category: Special | Accuracy: 85 | Power: 120

Analysis

The first competitive prediction. Sparkplug would be used as either a setup or an all-out attacker due to Error rising up stats and Baton Pass being able to transfer them over.

Set Up Sparkplug.

Sparkplug @ Lum Berry
Error
31 IV HP, Defense, Special Defense
252 Defense Speed, 6 S-Defense
1: Baton Pass
2: Toxic
3: Thunderbolt
4: Calm Mind / Iron Defense

These 4 moves could be useful for if an opponent carries Toxic, Error will boost up and Lum Berry then heals, giving a perfectly safe Sparkplug. Toxic can also be used to stall out, or in the case of a magic bounce to boost up a stat. Thunderbolt to have a decent stab move if you don't have a good switch out option. Calm Mind and Iron Defense would be for extra stat changes if needs

All Out Attacking

Sparkplug @ Sitris Berry
Error
252 Attack/Special Attack, 6 Speed
Mild
1: Metal Blast
2: Thunderbolt / Thunder
3: Explosion / Power Whip
4: Calm Mind
