| At this time, I wanted to capture the Legendary Titans. There is a specific patch of water between Pacifidlog and Slateport where you can Dive. Before you go to get the Titans, it is recommended that you have a Pokemon with Surf, Dive, and Strength. In addition, you need a Wailord and Relicanth. You should also get 40 Ultra Balls, 20 Dusk Balls, 20 Quick Balls, and 20 Timer Balls. This set up, for me, was Wailord (Surf & Dive), Slaking (Strength), several of my Main Team, and Relicanth. I busted through the puzzle, which opened up three caves for Regirock, Regice, & Registeel. Before I hunted them, I reverted back to my Main Team. Regirock Regirock was found in the Route 111 Desert. Once the doorway opened (2 steps right, 2 steps down, and Strength), Regirock was opened to me. One Quick Ball and it was mine. Regice Regice was on Route 105, and it was a 2 Minute wait for the door to open. Regice was the trickiest of the 3 to get, since I would apply a Status condition, in this case, Poison, and it would die to chip damage. Dusk Balls did not help too much here, and it is the only one that you have to nickname and give a "cold based item" to use for the upcoming part of the puzzle, Regigigas. Registeel Registeel was on Route 120, along with the cave for Heatran (which we are not planning to collect), and it was a Pokemon you had to use Fly with to open the door. Registeel was very defensive, and I ended up using Timer Balls to catch it. Regigigas Regigigas can be found on Route 205 (the same cave that had Regice). You have to have the other three Regis in your team. Before I went to catch it, I had Professor Birch upgrade my Pokedex so it could be registered. Be prepared, for it will drop down on you, so save before you enter the cave! Eventually, I caught it using a Timer Ball. It is Slow to get rolling (having the Ability Slow Start), but it can cause some damage once it does. In the next Log, we will take on the Hoenn Victory Road. Until the next time, we will see you! |
