how's it going, bulbagarden?! today ya boy berylguzmania is here to serve you up the newest edition of UP VS. DOWN, which pits pokemon's two 'murican-inspired regions against each other - unova, which is based on the state of new york and serves as the setting for GEN V'S BW and B2W2, and alola, a reimagining of hawaii and the backdrop of GEN VII'S SM and USUM!!

take a look at the rules!
- as always, the game begins at 250!
- the UNOVAN UNITY can only count UP to try to reach 500!
- the ALOLAN ALLIANCE can only count DOWN to try to reach 0!
- you may choose to support either team, but once you've made your decision, you may NOT switch!
- ping-ponging is disallowed! in other words, after making a post, two different people must have posted after you before you can post again!
- oh, and have fun, why don't you? this section is called fun and games, after all.
