Greedent ex and Dragonite ex
Updates on the Pokémon Trading Card Game's official Japanese homepage and YouTube channel have revealed a selection of new Pokémon cards which will be in Japan on July 7th as part of the upcoming Dragon and Colorless ex Start Decks. As the names suggest, each deck in this set is focused on a specific type of Pokémon. Cards from these decks are expected to be released internationally as part of the Scarlet & Violet - Obsidian Flames expansion.

The first eight ex Start Decks, one for each of the eight Basic Energy types that currently exist in the Standard format of the TCG, were first announced back in May, during the live broadcast of Day 1 of the Pokémon TCG Champions League. Each deck is lead by a type-matching Pokémon ex, each of which is making their first appearance as part of these decks. The two decks revealed today were mentioned in that initial announcement only as secret decks which could be found in a special deck pack, which can contain any one of the ten ex Start Decks.

Full deck lists will not be available for some time, given that these products are still weeks away from release. All cards currently known to be launching as part of this set have been compiled on Bulbapedia. Below, we've included translations of the newly revealed cards from today's update.
