Update to the Official Japanese Pokémon TCG site gives first glimpse of Raging Surf subset, which will release in Japan September 22nd

A blink-and-you'll-miss-it update on the Pokémon Trading Card Game's official Japanese homepage has given us the name and release date for the third Japanese subset for the Pokémon Trading Card Game's Scarlet & Violet Era. Raging Surf which will release in Japan on September 22nd. These cards should make their way to international fans in a yet-to-be-announced expansion later this year.

As with all previous Japanese sets in the Scarlet & Violet Era, each 5 card booster will be available at a retail price of 180円.

Based on the pack design, players can expect this subset to feature a variety of Legendary and Mythical Pokémon, alongside rare Pokémon such as Gholdengo. No further details of what Pokémon we can expect in the set are available at the time of writing, however we would expect updates with further information over the coming days on the Pokémon Trading Card Game's official Japanese homepage and YouTube channel.

UPDATE: According to a Pokémon Daisuki Club email, pre-orders for this new set will be available from Pokémon Center from tomorrow, August 8th.
