The second one of the two looks correct, so that's probably what should be used for batch converting should there be no problems with using those sprites.

It's good to see the sprites finally in use. However, it seems only the new ones were filled; they revamped quite much every pre-gen-VI sprite as well and those don't seem to be updated. What's with that?
E: And it seems those sprites actually seem to have the same problem as the ones at Serebii: they have the faint dotted overlay from the Pokédex view, which Smogon's sprites don't have. It isn't noticeable without zooming in, but replacing them with clean ones might be advisable later on.

Our priority was to get the Kalos Pokémon up first, the other Pokémon will be updated in the near future.
We're aware that there's the Pokédex overlay on a fair number of the sprites, and we do intend to replace them with clean versions later.
What's this about copyright? How could Serebii hold any rights to these images? It's not like he could take you to court, when it's technically not even his property. No matter how you obtain it, it's going to be the same.
