Use code「23WCSGASTR0D0N」in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet to receive Eduardo Cunha's Gastrodon - code expires August 14th

A limited-time distribution of an East Sea Gastrodon was announced for Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet during the August 11th livestream of the 2023 Pokémon World Championships. This Gastrodon is based on the one used by Eduardo Cunha in their Masters division victory at the 2022 Pokémon Video Game World Championships. This distribution will remain available only until August 14th, at 11:59pm (UTC).

This Gastrodon has 8 IV in Speed, 0 in Attack, and 31 IVs in all other stats; as well as 180 EVs in HP, 144 in Special Defense, and 92 in Defense, and Special Attack.

Players can receive this gift by selecting Poké Portal from the X menu in Pokémon Scarlet or Violet, and then selecting Mystery Gift, and then Get with Code/Password. Players will then need to enter the code「23WCSGASTR0D0N」at the prompt after the game has connected to the internet. A paid Nintendo Switch Online membership is not required to receive code distributions.
