The official Japanese Pokémon Information Bureau Twitter account has released two special codes for Valentines Day, following a Twitter present campaign where users were asked to Like a Tweet posted to the account earlier today. A code for players to receive a Destiny Knot in Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet was unlocked after the original tweet reached 20,000 likes, while the two Love Balls were unlocked once it reached 140,000 likes.

As of writing, the original tweet is at almost 200,000 likes and counting.

Players can receive these gifts by selecting Poké Portal from the X menu in Pokémon Scarlet or Violet, and then selecting Mystery Gift, and then Get with Code/Password. Players will then need to enter the codes at the prompt after the game has connected to the internet. Players will not require a paid Nintendo Switch Online membership to receive these gifts.
