You can't use nation dex pokemon,so those who have finished the game can't use pokemon from,let's say,Undella Town.Since many pokemon over there are lvl50+ they could be easily entered into the tournament.The Driftblims there know selfdestruct,they could easily be put into a explosion/selfdestruct team.With the new regulatons,it makes it harder to do that.Get the picture?
