Hello, everyone

I've recently been shiny hunting Litwick in my game, but I haven't found one as of yet. I heard about the Masuda method, and wanted to give it a try. I need a Litwick from a Japanese game. I can offer a Litwick from an English game, so my trade partner can try it out too.

Does anyone have a Japanese Litwick they can trade me? Thanks!
Note: This Litwick must be legit. It cannot be hacked.

You should try the GTS in any PokeCenter. As long as the name is in Japanese you know its foreign. You may find what you are looking for there.
