Title says it all. Gender doesn't matter, but I would prefer a Quiet nature and decent IVs (above 25) in everything but Speed.

Name your price -- but please know that I'm not very good at IV breeding myself. I can give egg moves, certain version exclusives, and if I can find a cloner, event pokemon. However, I will make an attempt to IV breed if you wish.
 
i haven't gotten mine from HG yet, so if you want i can try and get what you want
