any of the evolutionary lines will do. I just ont one with max speed IVs (max sp.atk and timid nature is bonus but i can breed for that)for that

I can breed a Treecko for you. I'm not sure about IVs as I'm not really into that, but a Treecko should be easy. Specific nature or gender?
 
I should be able to get you a Timid max speed Treeko (at least max speed). I'll take a Bold Porygon (max HP and defenses and decent special attack a plus).
