I was wondering wat race Brock is even though i'm sure he's at least part white from his mom

i know the show is from japan but in my opinion, everyone seems to be mostly of European/Caucasian descent

one more thing does anyone know his last name

Brock Diaz if he was Hispanic lol
Little Womanizer in the Wind lol

Well, let's look at his parents.

Munoo

Mizuho

They both look kind of Latino to me.

I think his mother looks white, actually. She doesn't look that different than Delia or Caroline.

Funny how Brock and his siblings all inherited their father's eyes yet none of them got their mother's eyes. Guess Flint has the dominant genes, huh? ;)

Well, yes and no. The continents seem to be shaped differently each time we see the world, but there's also the issue of real-world locations being used, like Paris, America, the Andes, etc.

Also, to the original poster--"Wat" is a temple. "What" is the word you're looking for.

He could always be Dekasegi:

A notable minority of people in Japan of mixed Japanese/South American descent.

The only other character I can think of like this in anime is Chad from Bleach, though. Basically, a bunch of Japanese migrated out of Japan because of World War II, then moved back in the '80s and '90s when Japan's economy started get better, bringing back with them their half-South American children.

hmmmmmmmmmmm oh just wanted to know

isn't it funny that Pokemon originated in Japan and almost none of the characters look Japanese or even Asian in my point of view except for Brock .

The Japanese always portay themselves as White, but yeah, I'm gonna go ahead and say Latino; has anyone seen his ending theme?
