5★ Poké Fair and Select Scouts
5★ Lysandre & Yveltal and 5★ Sygna Suit Blue & Blastoise are currently being featured in a Poké Fair Scout. As usual, 5★ Sync Pairs will have a 10% chance of appearing in this Poké Fair Scout, with the featured pairs having a higher chance of appearing than other pairs.
Unlike a regular Poké Fair Scout however, the pool of 5★ pairs available will only include Water-, Flying-, and Ghost-type Sync Pairs.
Lysandre & Yveltal are a Flying-type Strike Sync Pair, whose main Attack Oblivion Wing deals heavy Flying-type damage, along with healing the sync pair. Their Passive Skills additionally add extra healing on the sync pair, and power up their attacks.
Sygna Suit Blue & Blastoise are a Water-type Support Sync Pair, who can boost their Allies Defense with X Defense All, as well as raising allies Crit Ratio, and apply Move Gauge Acceleration to the field of play with their Move To The Top. Their Water Pulse attack has a 20% chance of causing confusion to an opponent, while their Hydro Cannon deals heavy Water Type Damage to opponents. Their Passive Skills meanwhile can boost allies Special Defense, Attack and Special Attack, while their Sync Move applies the Enduring Effect to all allies.
Each of these scout banners will remain be available until August 8th, at 10:59pm (PT). Poké Fair exclusive Sync Pairs may reappear in future Poké Fair Scouts.
3 powerful opponents arrive in Pokémon Masters EX with the return of the Legendary Gauntlet. Functioning the same as past Legendary Gauntlets, players will use the sync pairs they have raised to battle through Entei, Uxie, and Tapu Bulu's Legendary Arena battles in succession.
Players can use as many sync pairs as needed to complete these stages and rack up as many wins as possible. Once a sync pair has been taken into battle, however, they can't be used again regardless of the battle's outcome. Players can earn a variety of amazing rewards by hitting certain win streak milestones, including BP Points, Move Candy Coins, a Guaranteed Lucky Cookie 4, and 1★-3★ Deluxe Luxury Cookies.
- Entei focuses on burning opponents with Sacred Fired and trapping players with fire spin, as well as dealing heavy Fire type Damage with heat wave.
- Uxie focuses on a wide variety of attacks but also boosts its own stats quickly to deal even more damage and last longer in the fight.
- Tapu Bulu focuses on setting Grassy Terrain to Boost its Attacks and heal itself then dealing heavy Grass type Damage with Seed Bomb.
Players should also note the following when playing this event:
- To participate, players must have completed Main Story Chapter 1: The More the Merrier (Normal) in single-player.
- Area info completion data will not be carried over to future Legendary Gauntlets, nor will they count for completion in the Legendary Arena
Until July 31st at 10:59pm (PST), trainers will receive extra rewards for completing Training area stages as part of a Training Area Reward Boost Rally. The following areas will each award x1.5 Completion Rewards and Battle Rewards over the period of the Rally:
- Level Up Area
- Cap Unlock Area
- Cap Unlock Area 2
- Theme Skill Area
Until July 31st at 10:59pm (PST), players can receive rewards such as Gems and 5★-Guaranteed Scout Tickets for completing certain in-game missions that depend on the amount of stamina used by the player. The Missions and Rewards are as follows:
- Mission 1: Use Stamina x250 - x100 Gems
- Mission 2: Use Stamina x500 - x50 Skip Tickets
- Mission 3: Use Stamina x750 - Gems x 100
- Mission 4: Use Stamina x1,000 - Sync Orbs x1000
- Mission 5: Use Stamina x1,250 - 5★-Guarenteed Scout Ticket x1
- Mission 6: Use Stamina x1,500 - Sync Orbs x1000
- Mission 7: Use Stamina x1,750 - Gems x100
- Mission 8: Use Stamina x2,000 - Skip Tickets x50
- Mission 9: Use Stamina x2,250 - Gemsx100
- Mission 10: Use Stamina x2,500 - 5★-Guaranteed Scout Ticket
Blissful Bonanza is making a return to Pokémon Masters EX, running through to July 31st at 10:59pm PT. Blissful Bonanza is a limited-time event where players can complete one-time-per-day missions to earn Tome and Codex Sets, along with special Happy, Joy and Bliss Tickets, which can be exchanged in the shop for items such as 5★-Guaranteed Scout Tickets, Lucky Cookies and Lucky Scrolls. Players can acquire a total of 900 gems from completing this event in full.
In addition to the Daily Bliss Battle which can be challenged once per day, players can also challenge a Special Bliss Battle which puts sync pairs in a full force battle against the entire Blissey evolution line for additional rewards. This battle will only be available at the following times.
- Day 4: From July 27th, at 11:00pm PT, through to July 28th at 10:59pm PT
- Day 7: From July 30th, at 11:00pm PT, through to July 31st at 10:59pm PT
- Tome Set Vol.1 x30
- Codex Set Vol.1 x8
- Happy Ticket x15
- Joy Ticket x10
- Bliss Ticket x5
- To participate, players must have completed Main Story Chapter 1: The More the Merrier (Normal) in single-player.
- The sync pairs that appear as opponents in battle have different capabilities than those players can actually obtain.
- All mission completion rewards must be claimed within three days of the mission period ending.
- Leftover Happy, Joy and Bliss Tickets at the end of this event will be automatically converted to coins at a rate of 10 coins per voucher, and sent to players' Present Boxes
As part of the regular Masters Day event earlier this week, 3★ Star Sygna Suit Brock & Tyranitar can now be raised to 6★ EX. When raised to a 6★ EX, Brock takes on a special blue and black outfit.
Additionally, the Sync Grids of 3★ Sygna Suit Brock & Tyranitar, 3★ Crasher Wake & Floatzel, and 3★ Brawly & Makuhita/Hariyama have also been expanded.
