I have never seen a shiney pokémon in my life ::bottom lip trembles::

Although I think this thread might have just magically renewed my interest in my Pokémon games.

What's a pokerus?

The only shiny I have is in my Gold game. A golden Magikarp. Which, of course, would evolve into a red Gyarados. Which is part of the PLOT.

To me, shinies are very easy to find. I have ten, believ me or not, and it used to be 11 but my pidgey was deleted.
Magneton: Found on the way to Mewtwo.
Charmander: Got lucky on the first reset.
Voltorb: Found in the grass next to Rock Tunnel.
Snorlax: Around 186 resets.
Oddish: Recieved as a gift from a freind.
Wigglytuff: Recieved in a trade.
Torchic: Recieved in a trade.
Lileep: Only 50 or so resets.
Groudon: Over 1000 resets.
And Treecko: Hatched from a random egg in my PC.

I caught a shiny in Emerald. So technically, I don't have a R/S shiny, but I have an emerald shiny. It's a Tentacruel, which I caught as a Tentacool on my way to the Sky Pillar.

I've caught the red Gyarados before but other than that I don't know if I've ever caught any shinies or even seen any cause I never paid attention to whether a Pokemon's shiny or not.

Been pretty lucky in the Shiny department in R/S. (not one shiny back in G/S)

I snatched up a shiny Machop one time when I was playing Sapphire, but after a while, I didn't like how my in-game team turned out, so I restarted the whole game, and bye-bye shiny. =\

On a side note, I caught a shiny Parasect in Mt. Silver in Crystal after a mindful 100+ hours with that game. XD

But after like playing Ruby 99 hours, Fr/Lg 20 Hours, and Emerald 13 Hours I finnaly found a Shiny Dusclops......in Battle Pike.-_-

Let's see...I saw a shiny Magneton as my first on Ruby, then I caught a shiny Golbat in Meteor Falls, but accidentally lost it via restarting the game, then I found a Carvanha while looking for Feebas, and to top it all off, I caught a shiny Claydol on Emerald while training in the Sky Pillar.

In my Japanese copy of Silver I had a shiny Nidoran male. In my LeafGreen I caught a shiny Nidoran female. Odd coincidence, isn't it? Not really.

I've never caught a shiny in R/S, but I saw one in the Battle Tower (I'm not sure what).

I am a lucky fellow in that I do have the pokerus in Ruby.
