"Um..." Alice stuttered glumly. "If that's the case, I guess I should apologize. I'm sorry I was so cold towards you, I hope you find it fun to be there."

"Here." Alice said. "She then handed a detailed sketch of Melissa she drew based off of a picture she found from an older year book. "I wanted to give you this over the holidays, to burry the hatchet. I know we don't always see eye to eye, but I feel like if we could've gotten off on a better foot, we could've been great friends. Anyway..." Alice trailed off.

"I'm gonna miss ya Mel." Nathan said earnestly. He had just handed her a small envelope which held a small note and a voucher she'd be able to redeem with any accredited professional in the world for a series of golf lessons. Included was a note that simple said "Hit em straight"

"Well wow," Anna pointed out with a surprised expression as she listened to what Mel had said, though even she was shocked at how composed she was when she made the announcement.

Jordan didn't say anything, instead he kept drinking from his coffee before lowering the drink back down and looking at Mel. "Well I guess that works," he pointed out with a gentle nod as he smiled at Melissa. "I do know that becoming an Olympian is one of your dreams and you can do a hell of a lot of sports," he was speaking the truth, at least from what he knew. Part of him was sad to see a member of the club leave, but Mel had already made her choice. "Though do call back from time to time, it'll be nice to hear from you."

"Anyways, good luck and try hard and win a bunch of medals!" Jordan cheered while grinning at Mel. "We'll cheer you on from here."

Erika simply laughed in response to Jordan's comment. "If you do win those medals, I'll be able to tell everyone I was in the same club as the famous Melissa Harrison!" She said, a slight grin on her face. "Imagine the possibilities!" As soon as she realized she was beginning to sound rude, Erika decided to remain quiet after that.

"I hope you do well" Jeremy smiled towards Melissa, as he had come in and took a seat with the group, but not ordering anything.

"Yeah I mean I felt that I wasn't getting the attention and support that I wanted and needed here compared to somewhere actually fully professional and yeah I'm really looking forward to it. It should be fun but you know obviously I'll miss my friends, my parents and my brother but these opportunities don't come often. Yeah no opportunities wasted." Melissa received the presents but there was no emotion on her face, her voice at all. Melissa did not rehearsed at all but she seemed alright.

When Alice gave her present, Melissa just looked at her after listening to what she said. "Yeah Alice...um yeah we wouldn't be friends at all. You and I just don't click at all. Sorry but it is the truth." Melissa's idea was now since that she was leaving, she be very blunt. Melissa then turned to Nate and looked at the gift. "Umm thanks I guess but I do like the sunglasses Erika, somewhat minus the fact that they are not designer but the thought is very sweet."

"Anyway before I win any medals there is a lot of work ahead of me. It isn't some easy path, there is a lot of work on several facets of being an athlete. I am nowhere close to being an Olympian but I'm going to stick to it because it is something I dreamed of doing since I was a little girl. I'll be able to fly in and out mainly to support Emma, Mindy and Phil in their careers and vice versa of course." Melissa didn't even touch her coffee, she just left it there.

Melissa looked at Neil and just shook her head. "The car doesn't matter. Okay it does matter to me but you are such a dumbass ever since you hit on my squad who I can assure you will be in great hands that absolutely know everything little shit you tried to pull. I mean seriously?" Still no change of tone in her voice which was something about her control that surprised her. "Anyway that's basically it, I leave in a few days which I'll be spending with Phil and also my parents and yeah that's it basically," Melissa got up and looked at the group.

"I have no business interfering in Assist Club matters at all, so I'll just leave. Good luck and don't worry you'll be stuffed without me." Melissa was up to the door as she flicked her hair. "Please I'm like Wonder Woman."

"Well good job being an asshole, I've apologized like ten times," said Neil exasperatedly. "Good luck getting sponsorships with that attitude!"

"It's okay Neil, calm down," Jordan pointed out, not really shaken by Mel's words to the others as he kept drinking from his coffee. "She did help me out from time to time, plus everyone's different at the end of the day regardless," he shrugged before addressing the rest of the group, or the ones that had gathered at least. "Anyways, you guys are okay with new members, but remember that things will be more interesting from now on."

Erika quietly watched the scene in front of her unfold, her emotions not wavering slightly from Mel's response. "She helped me out as well, and we should treat her with respect." She said with a slight shrug. After a moment of thought and listening to Jordan, she added, "New members are most definitely going to be really interesting and exciting. I actually can't wait."

Alice bit her lip, at Mel's words, but tried her best to smile.

I know Mel has a few great friends in the club, so I don't want to spoil their last moments with her...

"Do you know who else is joining?" Alice asked, trying to change the subject. "It'd be great to have some new faces."

OOC: All right, time to move on.

Tuesday, January 10th

It was finally the start of the second semester at Seven Point High. Students were walking into the school, gathering together once more to talk about how their breaks had gone and things were quickly starting to get back to normalcy now that class had started once more.

Jordan yawned as he rode his bike into the school, scratching his eye slightly as he saw a place where he could park his bike. "Well, it's finally time for the second semester," he pointed out as he got off his back, looking around once more and smiling as he saw the large school brimming with life once more. "Maybe I'll have an omelet for breakfast today just to start the day off right," he nodded his head as he tugged his backpack and started walking.

Unfortunately he hadn't notice the boy that was walking towards him and proceeded to crash with him, almost falling to the ground as he did. "Sorry," he pointed out with a shocked expression as he saw the person that stood in front of him. He had spiky black colored hair that was in a messy fashion, something that contrasted with the relax and quiet look that his blue eyes gave him. He had white skin and was wearing a black long sleeved jacket that was buttoned up, with only two buttons off to reveal the black shirt he was wearing, he also wore a pair of matching black jeans.

The thing that surprised Jordan more, or rather made him laugh, was the fact that he was just calmly eating a chocolate chip cookie, this allowed Jordan to see he was carrying a box of cookies on his left arm. "It's okay," he replied calmly before taking another bite out of his cookie and beginning to walk.

"...okay?" Jordan raised an eyebrow in confusion. "I guess I should check out the clubroom before getting some breakfast," with that he began walking off himself.

A cab pulled up to the front of the school, a young man with slightly messy brown hair stepping out the cab. He held a cellphone to his ear, having a conversation with someone as he turned to the cab driver, giving him his fare. He was wearing a standard white hoodie with a black T-shirt underneath, bearing the logo to one of his favorite bands. A simple pair of loose-fitting jeans and basic sneakers completed the casual motif.

"Thanks!" the boy, named Felix, said as he paid, before returning to the conversation on his phone. He lugged his backpack on his shoulders, one hand holding the phone to his ears and the other holding a large guitar case containing a black-finish Gibson Les Paul.

"Yeah man, I just got here, it looks amazing!" he said to the other person on the phone, looking over the school grounds. "Yeah, definitely. It'll be just like old times... wait, what? ...Seriously!? Dude, that's awesome! ... yeah, later tonight, of course! Can't wait! ... alright, I gotta run... I'll see you tonight, okay? ... later!"

He brought the phone down, ending the call as he put his phone in his pocket, then retrieving an MP3 player. He put the headphones over his ears and began bobbing his head to the music, instinctively beginning to sing along, rather loudly.

"Why do you wanna dance? It's the expression I feel when I hear the music in my ear! Why do you wanna sing? It's the sound comin' out when I'm communicating!"

He walked up to the entrance, walking in with a spring in his step. His first objective was to find something to eat for breakfast. He managed to locate it himself, finding the rather impressive cafeteria, filled with at least a dozen different places to get breakfast.

"Whoa, this is awesome!" Felix exclaimed, as he began to wander around the cafeteria. He just couldn't decide on what to get, it all looked amazing. He just idly browsed the various restaurants, still singing to himself with his headphones, though his voice toned down a bit as he considered his food options.

"Rollin' around, servin' it up... brought y'all some cadillac phunque..."

Erika decided to walk to school that day because Faye announced she was carpooling one of her other friends. She was completely fine with this, but due to the fact she didn't know this kid, Erika decided not to join them because she felt it would become awkward. It was still quite chilly out, and her coat actually fulfilled the job it was supposed to; keeping her warm. She continued to make a steady pace towards the school, the thought of new members exciting her slightly.

***

In Faye's car, there was a young male passenger sitting next to her. He continuously began to fiddle with his black fedora as a small stitch seemed to be out of place. "Oh..." He whined, picking at the small thread. "This is just terrible."

"Quit your whining." Faye said with a slight laugh. "I can't notice anything."

"Well I do." The teen countered back. "Besides, you're looking at the road, not me." He took the hat off of his head and began to study it. "This is really upsetting." Instead of replying to the male's silly complaints, Faye continued to drive to the school. As soon as they arrived, her car passed by Erika who was then arriving as well.

"Heeey! Erika!" Faye rolled down the window and cheerfully waved to her. "How was your walking?"

"Fine. Why do you ask?"

"Just wondering. Oh! Erika, I would like to introduce you to Z-" Before she could finish her sentence, Erika leaned in closer to the window and caught sight of her friend. A young looking male of about her age. His hair was light brown in color, his eyes a calming blue. Youthful freckles were present on his cheeks, though most of this was blocked by his black rimmed glasses.

"Hey, you're the kid from Faye's New Years party." Erika commented, getting a closer of him. Besides his hat, he wore a black vest, white button down shirt and dark purple skinny jeans. "I kind of remember you from a few years ago too. You were one of Faye's good friends."

The male seemed to ignore Erika's comments and began to study her as well. "Your coat is very good. Shoes and pants, not so much."

"Excuse me?"

"I'd hate to see what shirt you're wearing underneath that." He casually added, his attention yet again directed on his fedora. "You dress like a guy."

"Well you dress like a girl!" She retorted.

"Compliment accepted." He replied with a smirk. With a sigh, Erika began to walk towards the school, not exactly knowing what she would do once she went inside.

Jeremy sat quietly in the Club Room, being the only one there. He had arrived early to school, and took the time to read a newspaper in the silence of the Room. "I wonder who'll be joining the club" he thought to himself, brushing a few stray hairs out of his eyes.

"I thought this door was locked," Jordan pointed out with a shocked expression as he looked at Jeremy sitting in the club. He didn't mind that much though as he walked inside, looking over the club once more. He began to check the TV to make sure it wasn't too dirty and the same was done for the console games that were connected to it as well as the DVD. He then walked over towards his wooden desk standing right in front of the window to the club as well as his brown leather chair. "Everything seems cleaned, even the shelves with the games and DVDs," he pointed out with a nod.

"So Jeremy, let's go have some breakfast."

***

"Someone likes to sing."

From behind Felix stood a girl with long brown hair that went a bit past her neck. She was wearing a pink short sleeved sweater with a red tank top underneath. She was also wearing a pair of white shorts that covered most of her thighs along with a pair of black and white squared long socks. She also had a pair of amber colored eyes that looked at Felix curiously. "I bet you're from performance," Anna pointed out calmly.

Alice led a slender boy with black hair who carried himself with a sense of purpose that no adult could replicate. He wore a light blue button up shirt with a yellow tie and designer jeans.

"Um... Jordan, this boy said he wanted to talk to you." Alice said.

"Hello." The boy said in a cool voice. "My name is Will Vermillion, and I'm one of the new members joining your student facility. There are some matters I just wanted to make you aware of for simplicities sake."

Will Vermillion? Alice thought. Where have I heard that name before?

"Why is everyone coming in when it's not even class time yet seriously!" Jordan exclaimed before sighing with annoyance as he saw Alice and someone he didn't know walk in. "Who the hell is he?' he asked before pointing towards Will, raising an eyebrow at how he just walked in and sat down.

"Oh!" Felix said, a bit startled by the woman behind him. He took off his headphones, letting them hang around his neck and he turned to face her. "Sorry, I just hear my favorite songs and I can't help myself." he said, laughing sheepishly at having been caught singing in public. He had a habit of doing that without even realizing it.

One she pointed out her suspicion of him being in performance, he looked himself over. Band-advertising T-shirt? Check. Guitar case? Check. Singing in public? Check. He just looked at her, shrugging. "I guess it's more obvious than I thought, huh?" he said, laughing softly as he rubbed the back of his head. He held his free hand out to her to shake hands. "My name is Felix, by the way."

"Because of our constrained time, I'll make my explanations blunt." Will said, taking a seat. "I am currently attending this school on a full academic scholarship. Up until now, I was apart of the Classic Literature Club. However, because of a lack of student attendance in that club, it was disbanded. Unfortunately, in order to keep my scholarship, the school requires that I be apart of an extra curricular facility or 'club' in order to retain my scholarship and academic status. While I will be joining this club out of my own free will and will be participating in each of one it's activities. I feel you should be aware I am merely participating for the sake of keeping a foundation on my scholarship, and nothing else."

Wait! Alice thought, slightly shocked. Will Vermillion! He's that honor student! He's supposed to be in the top ten class rankings in the second year. He's supposedly got one of the best test scores during the academic part of the exams last quarter. He's also been making a name for himself in the Art Branch to.
