Were the edits on Lenora's apron from BW014 to BW016 done by OLM Inc. at the request of TPCI?

This can by evident especially when a fantasy of Lenora in BW036-Archeops In The Modern World! showed her in her redesign plus a flashback in BW103-Curtain Up, Unova League! when Ash is having a flashback about all of his eight gym battles in Unova including the one with Lenora where she is shown with the redesign. Even in the Team Flare arc of Pokémon the Series: XYZ, OLM Inc. did crucifixion edits to Ash Ketchum and his pokémon plus moving text removals in Pokémon the Series: XY, Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon, and Pokémon Journeys: The Series.

Highly likely, TPCi however IMO just cut out the glitter vomit (pre-censored for them!) scene themselves in Sun & Moon that said. They obviously had OLM edit out the Hitler-esque mustache for them in JN, as well as the pink shuriken edits in SM dubbed.

I find it honestly ironic TPCi has done everything people once claimed only 4Kids did by this point themselves, in some form (edits, errors, script changes, etc): the only major differences between the two dubs by this point is one dub had less visual edits (TPCi), one kept more of the OST overall (4Kids- now 4KMedia/Konami), one had the original English voice cast (4Kids, see prior), and one had longer intros/opening themes (4Kids).

The Pokémon Company International replacing more of the Japanese soundtrack in their own property than defunct 4Kids Entertainment did, is incredibly both sad for the former...and yet impressive for the latter defunct company given it stands out like a sore thumb given no other prominent dub they did kept so much of the OST (Yu-Gi-Oh and Shaman King kept 0% outside the Uncut short-lived releases of only a handful of episodes). Pokémon was always the Series 4Kids treated the best of the Anime they dubbed, though, then again...

Disney XD nabbed the series during sun and moon and their standards for edits are crazy.
