What animal is Umbreon supposed to be?

Well, This is what I think.

Glaceon is simple, an Arctic fox. Though the ears may change your mind, Glaceon has a sort - of body build that convinces me. Espeon, I have to agree is very Cat - like. I'm not sure whether this is a fox or a cat. I can't find any images of a fox that resembles Espeon.

Umbreon.
Umbreon is a simple Black Fox. Here is a photograph of a Black Fox that resembles the figure of Umbreon. The thick tail and large ears, so this is what I believe Umbreon is based off.

The whole family is canine based, so I guess its a dog. There are many desert dwelling foxes with large ears like that, so its one of those.

i see all eevelutions as a mix of a fox, feline and bunny. They are Pokemon after all, so no specific animal, it depends of the eevelution.

Homewher some have kinda other basis and themes, such as Vaporeon being part fish\mermaid, or Espeon being more catlike than the others.
