There's this version, stopped at 100. A couple things are wrong (for example, I missed Sylveon the first time around and it ended a lot lower than it should have) but it is mostly accurate.

I have so many favorites so here’s my top 10 of every region (according to the Pokémon picker Rainami linked in the first page.)

My top 10 favorite Kanto Pokémon are Meowth, Venusaur, Arcanine, Arbok, Ninetails, Articuno,Jolteon, Beedrill, Ponyta, and Sandslash.

My top 10 favorite Johto Pokémon are Quilava, Lugia, Kingdra, Wobbuffet, Girafarig, Feraligatr, Suicune, Meganium, Skarmory, and Lanturn.

My top 10 favorite Hoenn Pokémon are Sceptile, Flygon, Seviper, Dustox, Cacnea, Camerupt, Wailord, Sharpedo, Mightyena, and Roselia.

My top 10 favorite Sinnoh Pokémon are Yanmega, Empoleon, Leafeon, Carnivine, Glaceon, Giratina, Magnezone, Gallade, Staraptor, and Mime Jr.

My top 10 favorite Unova Pokémon are Haxorus, Samurott, Eelektross, Reshiram, Deerling, Liepard, Victini, Galvantula, Scolipede, and Serperior.

My top 10 favorite Kalos Pokémon are Fennekin, Xerneas, Inkay, Gourgeist, Helioptile, Pyroar, Clawitzer, Gogoat, Aegislash, and Noivern.

My top 10 favorite Alola Pokémon are Mimikyu, Primarina, Wishiwashi, Bewear, Mareanie, Salandit, Mudsdale, Vikavolt, Lunala, and Decidueye.

My favourite Pokémon in general are Charizard, Salamence and Metagross.

My wider list of favourite Pokémon, per generation, in order of preference are:

Kanto: Charizard > Gyarados > Pidgeot

Johto: Kingdra > Typhlosion > Tyranitar > Rsikou

Hoenn: Salamence = Metagross > Swampert = Sceptile > Latios

Sinnoh: Staraptor > Torterra > Garchomp > Empoleon

Unova: Samurott > Landorus (Therian Forme) > Krookodile

Kalos: Aegislash

Alola: Komo-o

I haven't included my favourite box legendaries, because major legendaries and Mythicals are a separate thing for me.

I love Turtwig and the evolutions (Torterra). Also really liking Tepig evolution line. And, love the ones that can also cast poison, as sometimes that's a move that can save your bacon when you are down to some weaker ones left and need something that can drain the opponent.

If you noticed there's a high proportion of Bug-types in this list, that's not a coincidence.

Favorite Legends/Mythicals would be Ultra Necrozma, Articuno, and Shaymin

Although if I had to choose something to keep as a pet, it'd probably be Ribombee. If Pokemon were real I probably wouldn't be trying to get badges, so I'd want something relatively practical compared to some giant fire moth or a bug that could fry all my electronics.
