POPULAR: What Did You Write Today?

63 words in Electrowood. I spent a lot of time dawdling around because I didn't feel like writing and the fact that I hadn't decided what to work on (Uncoloured requires me to do the gossip girls, which I would need to get back into, and I can only advance Aerosteel a minute amount before it's dependant on Uncoloured). I need to work out some finer details (whether or not they make it into the story), but I think it can wait a bit for now...

Failed to mention that I got dialogue written yesterday that starts the first training session for Momoka... Anyway, besides the distractions, figured out how I wanted to handle the aforementioned finer details, so I have a clearer path after I get past writing the initial training sessions. I was trying to keep it balanced enough so Momoka doesn't get beat up too much (I mean, I could put her through hell, but I feel that it'd end up being more problematic than helpful), and it really helped to make a decision after I stuck the data into a spreadsheet so I could look at it all at once. I'll stop here before I get too long-winded.

While I didn't write anything, I don't feel bad about it because I did something rather than nothing.

Mood was absurdly screwed over yesterday, having a flu and a constant near-feverish temperature probably made matters worse...

I’m aiming to at least finish up segment 1 of chapter 4 today, and hopefully work on that fight scene.

D: Hugs.

146 words in Electrowood, which continues the dialogue before mixing in the bits that Momoka does to comply with the instructor, and also spent some time having to figure a new attack for Momoka so I could continue on (albeit too late to do so today).

96 words continuing on the training session. Yay f▒▒▒'d mood after work...

Scribbled some stuff down on a Ben 10 x My Hero Academia crossover where Izuku meets PPGZ Buttercup....would do more but Frontier likes to work only some of the time, and not tell people properly when it isn't working.

Finally hit a wall with Chapter Thirty One ... which isn't the worst thing in the world, given the pace of writing lately. I'm finding I make better progress if I don't review what I've already written beyond polishing what I wrote the day before

Meant to make a post yesterday, but pretty much got distracted. Had some things to take care of yesterday, so the only writing I got in was some short-term notes for Momoka's training.

Don't feel like figuring out what words to count and such... Anyway, finished the first day of the training, narratively sped through the second day (which is pretty much the same as the first), and then stopped before the teacher explains the intense training. Also found an earlier discontinuity and fixed it up, which turned out to be nice as it plumped up the scrawny paragraph between sections of dialogue. I also ended up doing some tweaking to my reference spreadsheet as well as figuring out all the numbers i needed. Distractions also happened, but maybe needless to say.

Woo, 1252 words in Electrowood! Got through all the training and Momoka's about to be taken to place for the other part of her training, which I have to figure out roughly where it is, how to get there, and about how long it takes to do so. Also made another thing in the spreadsheet that I may/may not use later on as well as separating story-specific timeline notes in the timeline... It's a little uglier than I like, but I can just add stuff to it to figure stuff out if need be.

A few thousand words to finish the Ash fourth round: Squirtle vs Avalugg to finish it all off.

Did some research for where the other training place and how to get there and such, and then tweaked the last part of yesterday's words to reflect some of the changes. Didn't feel like writing any today, and I'm gonna head to bed early tonight.

366 words today... Took a bit of time for me to get into writing (I also had a birthday letter to write to a friend), but I got Momoka (and her escort/chaperone thingy) to the destination airport of the first flight. I don't think I've the mind to continue writing tonight, so I'm gonna head to sleep instead. Oh yeah, had to tweak some stuff since I didn't fully think about it whenever I first tweaked the recent bit before I started writing today.

I just started writing a Kemono Friends fan fic!
Hululu × Grape-kun forever!

297 words. Got Momoka to where she's about to enter her dormitory room. Spent a bit of time getting a rough idea of how the "dormitory" thingy is set up, and had to keep myself from loading up the architectural cad programme to try to make the "dormitory" thing to scale. Another early sleep time.

Well, I started to test the waters with my new series: Chaos Rising. While I'm still working on Psychic Duelist Django, I'm just doing sort of a dry run of the first chapter in Chaos Rising to see how it'll look and flow, give me a general idea of what it'll look like. Since I'm using elements I've either never done before or haven't done in a while, it's good practice for me to see how I can make it work. I'm also a bit rusty, as I haven't written anything in weeks due to being so sick, so it was a good way to scrape off the rust and get the gears moving again. I'll have my proofreader look it over and see what she thinks. But, overall, I'd say it's a good start.

Uh, 266-ish words because I had to fix a lot of stuff, so it's hard to really count exactly what I did... Got Momoka pretty much situated and about to go eat dinner. Also drew out a dormitory room on graph paper for an almost-to-scale floor plan to aid my writing of the room and such.
