What do you want in Gen 6?

New additions to evolutionary families:

Sandslash evolution (Ground)
Onix prevo (Ground)
Khangaskid
Pinsir evo (Bug/Dark)
Lapras prevo
Eevee - Dragon evolution/ Ghost evolution (paired because they are both effective against each other and they're the two least common types)
Ledian evolution (Bug/Fighting)
Sudowoodo evolution (Rock/Grass)
Dunsparce evolution (Normal/Dragon) the way it evolves must be very very hard to achieve
Corsola - prevo (Water) & evolution (Water/Steel)
Skarmory prevo
Sableye evolution
Mawile evolution
Torkoal evolution (Fire/Steel)
Tropius prevo
connecting Luvdisc with Alomomola
Audino evolution
Sawk/Throh connecting prevo
Basculin evolution
Maractus prevo & evolution

8 baby Pokemon and 14 new evolutions... one can dream

I say we'll get an Audino evo (and maybe prevo) since it's a Chansey expy... I also say Marcactus will get a Evo since she can't learn Giga Impact...

I also say Marcactus will get a Evo since she can't learn Giga Impact...

Most non-evolving Pokemon can't learn Giga Impact or Hyper Beam, and some Pokemon that can already learn them go on to evolve again anyway. It's not that good a metric of who will evolve and who won't.

They've already done the whole version exclusive evil team thing so how about we have 2 evil teams but instead of having them be version exclusives, we could have one before the credits and the other after the credits. That way, there would be more of an after game story.

That's actually a very interesting idea

Please for the love of Arceus Nintendo and Game Freak fix the National Pokédex I hate having Pokémon evolutions separated from one another I can't express this enough what's so hard about rearranging it just so that Pokémon like Pichu would be with its evolutions and so forth even though some Pokémon would have new numeration except for the first 24 and #479Rotom-#649Genesect that's to say unless they release more new evolutions for Old Pokémon in the future in which case they should keep up with it. Bless this post. I've been asking for this since Gen IV came out.

^ Definitely GTS fix. Would also be cool to see more dynamic travel paths... They've definitely done this in BW/2 already, but continuing to make the map more interesting is always good. And I don't think it always has to be different angles either, but just more unique scenes and color palettes.

Being able to check the progress of EVs/IVs in the stat screen would be ideal for me.

Sequels that are actually planned out in advance. None of this, "Oops, we were just going to do a third version, but now we have to do something different. So we're just going half-ass a sequel plot even though the first games were supposed to be open-ended!" nonsense.

Having a sequel is still a million times better than having a third version... Third versions are always the same game but with a few things added. I felt I wasted my money by buying Diamond when Platinum was released. It's very unfair.

They've already done the whole version exclusive evil team thing so how about we have 2 evil teams but instead of having them be version exclusives, we could have one before the credits and the other after the credits. That way, there would be more of an after game story.

This sounds interesting. It's essentially what BW 1 and 2 did in their time, except it would be in one game.

In Pokemon ranger 2, it kind of actually happens, but it's in a special mission only.

This is in fact done in the johto dex and every regional Dex after it. It's just that everything at third gen and above don't have all Pokemon, and the standard changes every new generation with new insertions.

That's a matter of opinion. I rather enjoyed B2W2, and the characters are certainly as well-written as the first game. Hue is way better than Cheren or Bianca as a rival. I love Platinum and Emerald, but I think B2W2 did a much better job than a 3rd version ever could. Gen VI's game should have a good sequel, too, instead of the easy 3rd-version route.

The part about the sequels not being originally planned isn't an opinion. It is pretty obvious that more work would have been put into them had they been planned from the beginning. The fact that they're still more innovative than a third version would have been is beside the point.

- A tomboy badass rival.
- A powerful Legendary Pokémon that's extremely cute.
- The "Shining Ball," a Pokéball that will turn any wild Pokémon caught by it Shiny.
- More than one appearance option per gender for PCs.
- A OHKO move that has an accuracy of 100, and is not Ghost, Normal, Psychic, Poison, Fighting, Electric, or Ground-types.
- A human-Pokémon battle colosseum with swords, maces, axes, etc.
- A 3D game (probably for the Wii or WiiU) that's story is similar to the basic main-series games, like XD and Colosseum.
- Better Pokémon designs than those of GEN V. Zoroark was good, but I don't like the idea of sticking a face on a trash bag and calling it a Pokémon.
- Moves with secondary types.
- As always, access to previous regions.
- Shadow Pokémon.

I don't like the idea of sticking eyes on a pile crap and calling it a pokemon.
