Sword and Shield series (if only this was announced...)

• What if Ash travels to Galar to start a journey there?
• What if Ash has, in addition to his Pikachu, a team Pokémon from Galar, including a starter?
• What if Gloria appears as a main character, Hop as one of Ash's rivals along with Bede and Marnie?
• What if Chairman Rose is not a villain in the anime and has a more constructive approach towards the Dynamax phenomenon instead of having ill intentions?
• What if Team Rocket take their missions extra seriously?

I know Pokémon Journeys: The Series was announced instead of a Sword and Shield: The Series, but these are my "what if..." and I can imagine them.

What if Takeshi was indeed proved to be a racist stereotype to Westerners and OLM decided to drop him for good in the Orange Islands (like their original plan), how'd Jouto turn out? I'd believe they'd keep Kenji, if so what'd he have done in the new region? Stay in the background doing basically nothing as it happened in OI? Which new Pokemon'd he catch?

Furthermore, if they'd decided to keep the scrapped GS Ball plot, how'd it be? Celebi'd join Satoshi and the others for a few episodes like Meloetta did in BW? Would it end in a big Rocket-dan showdown? What'd happen to Celebi?
