GO What is the highest CP Pokemon you have transferred?

We have threads about the highest CP Pokemon you've encountered in the wild or currently have, but what about those that might have high enough CP but you still didn't find them worthy of holding a slot in your inventory? :( So I wonder, just how far are you willing to go with your transfers?

I actually transferred 2 Rhydon that were both 2571 CP because I had too many and their IVs/moveset ended up not being good enough, and I needed more space...
 
I now transferred a 2620 CP "strong" Rhydon I evolved during a Lucky Egg spree in hopes of it gaining a salvageable moveset and get marginally better to enter the VS Raikou 6-team, but it got Megahorn so bye-bye. It topped the 2571 ones as a result on the transfer department.

Was that before Charged TMs came out? Because that's easily fixable
