What little things, details, and other small stuff do you want to see in future games?

Shiny menu sprites. They can’t really be that much trouble to add, can they? Plenty of fan projects have already done it, and I mean, they made Shiny walking sprites for every Pokémon back in Gen 4, and these would have much more long-term value.

a steel type poke and maybe a poison pokemon with: motor drive, lighting rod, volt absorb.

This thread isn't about new Pokemon. This thread is about the small details that you want to see in future games. On topic, I would like to have the option to release multiple Pokemon at once in the PC. This would be a much easier way to get rid of breeding rejects.

Fix the left-handed battle flair so that it also applies to catching Pokemon, not just sending them out. Makes no sense that I'm left-handed only some of the time.
I agree, this is a minor annoyance (I'm right-handed only some of the time, myself) but it's a non-issue in PVP.

Something that I would like to see would be an in game jukebox, just like in mystery dungeon. There have been some great music over the years and what I would like to see would be something accessible from the main menu. You would slowly get music from the game as you progress and you could get past music for doing difficult things eg completing the pokedex.

a in-game instant terrain change through battle grounds in stadiums.
Also auto weather changes not only by location.

I want to see more type specialists who have at least one Pokemon on their team that's not one of their chosen types, like the E4 in Kanto, Johto and Sinnoh. Bonus points if there's a link between them, like how Aaron's Pokemon are all in the Bug egg group.
That was because there wasn't enough Pokemon of those types to make teams for them.

- Unfortunately, the Z-Crystals don't activate with Pixilate, only accessing Breakneck Blitz without a boost, so you won't be getting massively powerful Twinkle Tackles from Hyper Voice
.
they should solve that problem and let it be Z-sound moves.

I haven’t seen it mentioned yet: Pokemon's facial expressions.

They went to this territory in the SM story, where Lusamine's Pokemon sans Bewear had angry expressions. It would be nice if our (and the opponent's) Pokemon had different expressions during some story-important battles and cutscenes.
I do not expect this to become a thing for every battle (it'd be ridiculous), but I'd like to see more battles with different Pokemon expressions.

the move "Twister" hiting also Dive users would make sense, taking the nature of twisters and water.
and would make it have similar effects like Rapid Spin and Defog against other moves and freeing from thei effects.(Leech seed, whirlpool, fire spin)
Its the weakest dragon move and rather rarely used.
(make Hurricane hit Dive users with half power and it will be perffect)

and some more moves would need this kind of buffs. Would make Dragon Hammer(or Dual Chop) work like Feint or add a other secondary effect to it.

would be good if they would be based on the character of the pokemon and the situation depending on status ailments, flinching, winning and loosing, the same goes for fainting in diffrent ways.

There are plenty of things I wish they'd improve/streamline, but I think the top ones would have to be:

Relearning pre-evo-only moves

Gamefreak has done a great job of increasingly having easier access to moves (relearning egg moves, "relearning" level-up moves above your level, reusable TMs...) but it's still a pain when you want your Raichu to know Nasty Plot (Pichu-exclusive) or your Eeveelution to know Baton Pass (Eevee-exclusive), and so on. Sure, it somewhat takes away the penalty of evolving your Pokémon with evo stones too early, but if the Move Reminder is late-game like in Gen 7, it shouldn't be a problem.

PP Up/Max buffs should stay even if you change the move
To encourage changing up moves, without having a penalty on replacing a move you have applied PP Up/Max to.

Shiny mini-sprites
Like someone else mentioned above.

Every type of Poké Ball buyable!
Or at least re-obtainable. And yes, that should include Dream and Park Balls, even if they have to change their effects.

Merge friendship and affection
Why have two very similar stats? Especially when the least visible one (friendship) is usually the most important (for evolutions).

Integrate amiibo for trainer customization. Now, before you dismiss this with some variation of "keep those toys out of my Pokeymans," it would be like using certain Mario character amiibo in Odyssey, where none of the outfits are exclusive to amiibo, but are either easier to get or obtainable early by using amiibo. For example, say the Zelda outfit is only available in-game in the postgame, but you want your girl character to adventure the main game as the princess of Hyrule, just use the appropriate amiibo and there you go. This would also unlock additional hairstyles based on the character in question, with the same rules as the outfits.

And for the love of Hall of Origin Arceus, DON'T MAKE THE CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS VERSION EXCLUSIVE!!! I can live with including a way to buy clothes from other players, but don't force it as the only way to get every article of clothing programmed into the game.

And finally, if we can dye white clothes again, let us buy additional copies of said white clothes after dyeing them so if you want to easily make a bunch of different outfits based on the dye colors but using the same pieces, you don't have to spend tons of whatever currency every time you want to change the color. That's the one thing that bugged me about using the dye houses in Sun and Moon.
