It looks like the mini Miku in some of his Vocaloid songs/videos. Anyway I don't know what it's personality is (if it has one), so I'd say a Stufful since it kinda fits the color scheme (a stretch I know).

It is one of the two Miku-based mascots that tends to show up in his vids; it's even his usual avatar on platforms like Twitter n' Youtube. 'Doushite' translates to 'Why', and Doushite-chan is an anxious entity that constantly contemplates questions; trying to 'cut deep' into ones it couldn't answer with a knife.
Tbh, Stufful actually kinda-sorta does fit, at least IMO.
