What video games are you playing now?

Final Fantasy V - Decided to start with this one and work my way up to IX. Got through the wind shrine and the little village. Bought some new equipment and made my way through the canal. Of course I then fell asleep so I probably have to redo most of that but thankfully it will mostly just be reshopping.

Tales of Zestiria: I finished off the final Malevolent Crucible, but sweet Jesus was it tough. The main problem was when the Succubi, Arachne, and those snake ladies all showed up together. The Arachne and snake ladies weren't that bad on their own, in fact when it was just me vs a snake lady it was basically free healing time, but they became a problem when they were getting in my way and stopping me from interrupting the Succubi casting Hell Gate, 'cuz that attack hurts.
After that it was time to start up on the bonus dungeon: The Callix. The field enemies, I'm actually not having terrible amount of trouble from them. Some are assholes to fight, but I tend to be able to handle them pretty well. The boss of the first Callix was pretty much just your standard damage sponge, the second Callix was a bit more interesting though. The boss was some kind of punching girl name Sophie. I'm gonna assume she's some kind of cameo from another Tales Game. She was pretty tough though. Not as tough as Dark Turtlez, but still tricky.

Space Empires V: Downspout has formally been joined by HMS Tercio and Phalanx - they're in the area anyway, so they might as well act as additional escorts. Aside from that military action focused on attacking Dafumah ships where I could, just to remind them that we don't have a free movement treaty.

It might be wise to upgrade my Radioactives Extraction Facilities at some point. I could hold my own without trade but there's a good chance I'll need more radioactives soon

Space Empires V: I spotted a Sithrak freighter in Reticulum carrying mines for some reason - and my suspicion that they were the mines from Lyrae VII are confirmed. Downspout is on again, the planetstrike has been conducted, and all there is left to do is wait for the result.

Colonisation is going well. With some new planets for research settled I ought to be able to speed along my plans for the first warships - the Gyrfalcon-class Destroyer

Tales of Zestiria: More gear fusing. A pair of Topaz Boots are now set up how I want them and have been sanctified into Brown Topaz Boots to go with the character's Animali Talisman. Honestly this character's probably gonna have their whole loadout Sanctified before anybody else gets one sanctification at this rate.
Instead of moving on to Callix III, I decided to go beat the crap out of the rest of the mutant Hellions, since it'll boost my HP, and I need to beat 30 of them to get Rose's Second Mystic Arte. But it looks like there's always gonna be one orb I haven't gotten, since apparently there's one at the top of the Wind Trial, but I can't get up there. The elevator's on the second floor, and it won't come down, so I can't get up. I've decided to forget about that one, but damn, that means losing out on a trophy. I also beat enough to get Rose thinking about how she wants to be stronger, and she wants to go back to Ladylake where she first met Sorey. I'll do that later.

Pokemon Ultra Sun: I transferred in a full Living Sinnoh Dex, and a near-full Old Alola Living Dex, and my Dex progression jumped from 2% to 74%, so I can't really complain about that. I mainly did that so I'd have the workforce needed to fully upgrade Poke Pelago, which is well underway. First I maxed out Isle Abeens, which will speed along the process for the others, and I've got both Isle Aplenty and Isle Aphun to stage 1, and Isle Evelup to stage 2.
Next up I aced the Grass Trial, and I gotta say
I still don't get why people find Totem Lurantis so hard. I mean, it even gets to summon a Sunny Day user on the first call this time, and I haven't been using the EXP Share on this run. I still one shotted the thing with Inferno Overdrive. A +1 Inferno Overdrive, but still, it was pathetic.

Terraria: I found all of the gear I was looking for down in the underground snow, and I also got enough rubies for a robe and staff, so my magic character progression is really coming along. I fused the Flurry Boots with my Rocket Boots, for a pair of Spectre Boots, and I combined the compass I found with my depth meter and a watch for a GPS, which is saving inventory space.
Now I'm pokin' around the underground jungle for Jungle Spores, vines, and stingers to make Jungle Armour, for even better magic stats. I managed to find an Anklet of Wind though, so I combined that with my Spectre Boots, and an aglet I found earlier for Lightning Boots, then threw the Ice Skates I found in the underground snow on top, and now I've got Frostspark boots, ending that little crafting chain.

I've kinda immersed myselv in Etrian Odyssey V these last few days, and I've managed to get quite a way in - not only did I beat the first boss, which is probably my favourite first boss in an EO game so far for reasons I've stated previously, but I've also managed to defeat the second boss...
the Hyppogryph, a fairly tough fight that's probably meant to be a test of how much damage you can do, what with it periodicly using a powerful party-wide attack and then blocking your attacks while it regens health afterward. It was a rather close fight, especially when, towards the end, said party-wide attack took out a few of my party members, but while it was shielding I managed to inflict it with a status and won...
...through Panic cheese, and abusing it to go all-out and finish it off. Also, the fact that the chicken you can eventually befriend in the 3rd Stratum is christened Turducken amused me more then it should have, that too.

Oh, and I do quite enjoy the 3rd Stratum (of which I'm about half way into), both in how friggin' cool it looks (in an ugly, decrepid sort of way), the enemy designs, which have been my favourite in the game yet, and the events are pretty good too. So yeah, I'm quite enjoying my time with this game so far.

Same. Also getting back into Zelda: Breath of the Wild now that the new DLC is out. It's still nothing special, but I reckon it's a lot better than the Master Trials. Currently cleared two of the new shrines.

(Final Fantasy V is awesome. Severely underrated.)

Breath of the Wild - Finished the new Plateau shrines, and now doing Daruk's Song quest shrines. I'm not sure how far I'll get with the new DLC content, as I kinda really want to go back to Xenoblade 2 now...

Stardew Valley (Switch) - Since gotten to summer year 2. Got the final barn upgrade, and saving up for a pig. Everything is so costly... My efforts are going to mainly focus on completing the last few bundles I have.

Pokemon Ultra Sun: Went to the Dimensional Research Lab, now I'm in Konikoni city, goin' to see Olivia for her Grand Trial.

Terraria: Got all the stuff I needed to make a full Jungle Armour getup, and a Blade of Grass for eventual Night's Edge forging, also found a hive down there. So I killed off a Queen Bee, got a Hive Wand for buildin', and a Bee Gun for shootin'. And let me tell you those bees are incredible. I'm betting I could use them to wipe the floor with Skeletron if I really wanted. Think I'm gonna explore the desert before I try the dungeon though.
Killing the Queen Bee allowed the Witch Doctor to spawn, so I set him up with a house made out of hive with a little honey pool in there, it feels about right for the guy. Also, while I was making that, Pinkie Pie the Party Girl moved into town. So I now have an excuse to build that ragin' night club under the town to house her wild parties.

Love Nikki - Some phone game an artist I follow plays. Tried it out and its really just Style Savvey on phone. So not bad. I'm in act 4 right now.

Space Empires V: The Wolfcubs have done very well - the old Tigercubs suffered about 30% losses on a planetstrike, while the Wolfcubs got that down to 2%. Lyrae VII is mine. Some weapon platforms need to be thrown up, then I can start thinking about the rest of the system. The Darters at Magog ought to be done next turn so I can test out my new siege strategy as well.

I've decided to push ahead with Applied Research Lvl 2 before going ahead with Small Ship Construction Lvl 6. It'll only take a turn to finish off and I think now's as good a time as any to mass-upgrade the Research Centres

Space Empires V: Turns out I am going to need minesweepers in Melmac after all, something that can be squarely filed under "Pain in the arse". I've decided to employ the I-Series invasion freighters as population transports for the time being - I'd like to get as many people settled on Freya, née Lyrae VII as quickly as possible.
