What video games are you playing now?

Perpetually I'm always playing some version of Smash Bros and obviously Pokemon. While I should be focusing on finishing Kingdom Hears: Dream Drop Distance but I've been distracted Dragon Quest XI and Ghost of a Tale.

Continuing the grind in Smash Ultimate. A second boss has appeared on the World of Light map, and judging by its location is has to be Dracula. I've opened the three gates to ... what turns out to be a portal in the northwest corner of the map, and the chasm of light that cuts through a good third of the map blocks me from crossing.
Also, apparently Dark Pit's final boss in Classic Mode is Galleom, who's definitely learned some new moves since Brawl. Thankfully, regular Pit was an ally for the fight so he was able to provide help and distractions.
Oh, speaking of Dark Pit, he SD'd during the unlock match -- side specialed straight down the pit between platforms. What.

I've (still) been trying to unlock fighters through challenger matches instead of Adventure Mode. I usually win these (depending on fighter) but there have been surprises. For example, I lost my first unlock match against Snake but came back with Link and KO'ed him faster than you can say "wombo combo" because it was like Snake wasn't even trying to dodge my smash attacks. Also, Lucario lost the unlock match to Pichu. I still have no idea just how that happened.... Thankfully, there's the occasional "Challenger's Approach" feature.

Rune Factory 4. Finished the Water Ruins, and my town has a new character. Built a monster barn and have one Cluckadoodle.

Space Empires V: Goldrush continues with the fleet moving off to attack Castor II - VIII can wait until the new Condor-class battleship - HMS Magma - has arrived from Anvard. I've decided to recall HMS Fenrir to Spica VIA for the moment, partly because I'm thinking of commissioning a squadron of new Lammageier-class stealth cruisers soon.

In Cribit I've kept pushing things on, the drones preventing the Abiddon from recolonising, and Battlefleet Green (Siege) razing Cribit VII for the loss of HMS Pavlova. Annoyingly it seems I forgot all the E-Series engineering ships are off with Battlefleet Green (Vanguard), so I need to build a new one from Port Lindsay to get the battlefleet moving again. Battlefleet Green (Sinister) is something of a fag-end fleet with nothing much to do, but I did manage to use it to destroy Cribit V. Losing HMS Endeavour and Maniple in the process is somewhat irrelevant at this point.

The next big project will be to build a completely new kind of strategic reserve - a baseship, escorted by cruisers. The Leviathan-class design is built around big guns, in massive weapon mounts - a grand battery of eight massive anti-proton beams, with four massive temporal tachyon cannon in the upper hemisphere. The next upgrade will have a battery of at least heavy time distortion bursts in the lower hemisphere plus another quantum reactor, but for now I'll have to make do with this design

(Amusingly the Cue Cappa squadron did try to warp into Eridani, and were promptly annihilated in a hail of torpedoes)

Space Empires V: Goldrush is becoming a little complicated. I definitely need those E-Series engineering ships from Hesperos III, because Hesperos II and Optera are going to be tied up with extensive upgrades soon (Shipyards and research centres in one go). I may be able to get away with using Y-Series space yard ships in the meantime. For now, Battlefleet Blue is going to occupy itself with spoiling attacks - Sinister heading for Gergan to see if it can destroy any unsupported Cue Cappa ships. Dexter heading for Spica just in case a Norak Continuum fleet decides to try and warp through.

Cribit continues to be a nuisance. There's nothing for it but to recommission the reserve fleet from Eden until the siege fleet can be pushed on again. At least Battlefleet Green (Vanguard) is in position to open a new front in Quintar

Space Empires V: Goldrush is becoming very complicated. Dealing with Castor II was relatively simple, even if it does mean needing to bring the engineering ships in again. The problem is, the Abiddon squadron that was in Cribit has turned up in Eridani, which means Battlefleet Green (Vanguard) has had to warp into Eridani, and Battlefleet Blue (Sinister) recalled from Gergan to protect Hesperos. At the same time the Norak Continuum has a build up of ships in Quilktrin, for some reason. I've sent the rest of Battlefleet Blue to anchor at the Quilktrin-Spica warp point, so at least I can keep them away from the immediate approach to my colonies. The up side is that HMS Thorias, Flamingo, Unicorn, and Galatea are ready to attack Iridia VI next turn. I have every reason to think it'll be a success.

It's all going a bit slowly, which is leading me to think I need to reorganise the fleets somewhat. It's obvious that each fleet needs at least an E-Series 15 engineering ship to repair battle damage, even if it doesn't need an O-Series fleet support ship for ammunition, etc. I want to replace the big Orbital Docks with a new design containing a space yard, but for some reason the game doesn't allow you to refit them ... so I'm going to have to build about six starbases from scratch. It's very annoying, but the idea is that when finished the orbital yards will be able to build light cruisers and other escorts as quick reinforcements.

My human opponent is playing for time in diplomacy. I think he wants to avoid open conflict with me, but I'm going to push him into a corner by insisting he leave the Xi'Chung Hive alone, something I'll bet is strategically difficult

Smash Ultimate:
I feel like I'm getting very close to Dharkon, just based on the swirling vortex of darkness right in front of me.

Dragonball FighterZ: Just started up, and I'm just checking out all the different modes and how it plays. Not a fan of how easy it is to combo, or how hard it is to get out of them (the tutorials at the very least didn't tell me anything helpful at the very least).

Pokémon Ultra Sun

I received my shiny Tapu Lele, and got the Timid nature with a mere two resets! I also did some training in Ultra Space to help my brother evolve his Cosmog. Now it’s a Cosmoem very close to becoming Solgaleo. My Hitmonlee, Glalie, shiny Braixen, Vikavolt, Mismagius, and Naganadel named Elmer all got in on the action today.

Space Empires V: The planetstrike on Iridia VI has so far gone well - HMS Flamingo took serious damage, and Unicorn some armour damage, but neither are unexpected. I think next turn I shall have to look at properly organising Battlefleet Blue (Dexter), which, while being a strong fleet, has become a bit of a hodge-podge. Likewise Battlefleet Green (Vanguard) will need a proper refuel before heading off to Quintar.

Elsewhere it's a bit of a now-or never moment. In Decatur and Cribit I'm resolved to begin sieges as soon as possible, lest I end up reinforcing piecemeal, ad nauseam

Taking a bit of a break from Super Smash Bros. Ultimate after I did the Fire Emblem spirit event.

Currently playing some more online for My Hero One's Justice on the Switch, I've now been using Tomura Shigaraki and he's alright I guess. I haven't been pulling too many favorable results with him so I might use him in training mode for a while, I think I'll go back to Shoto for the time being and maybe use Momo more too.

Indie Pogo. Doesn't help that I'm playing with a broken controller where start doesn't work and the attack button gets stuck sometimes. Two more days and I'll get a new controller...

EDIT: I just realized that my comment makes it seem that I hate the game. I do like the game, but I'm kinda frustrated playing with a broken controller.

I've apparently unlocked all the fighters in Smash Ultimate (Mewtwo was my last unlock). I was a little incredulous about it, but turns out that Mii fighters don't have a Classic route at all, and don't even show up on the roster until you've created one to use. Nonetheless, 71 characters available for Classic Mode, out of 74 total (as judged by the Fighter Tips screen, which shows the full roster regardless of who's actually unlocked).

Started a new save file on Disgaea 5 Complete on the Switch, the first one being my brother's so this file will exclusively be mine. Will do more stuff on it later tonight though.

My Hero One's Justice Switch version, more online battles again. Went back to using Shoto and Denki again while using Momo on the side every once in a while; sometimes just having her as one of the sidekicks instead along with Izuku.

I got Labyrinth of Refrain: Coven of Dusk for the Switch as a gift from my parents today, I like dungeon crawling games so this will be fun! Going to start it sometime tonight as well after a bit of Disgaea.

My brother got both Let's Go! Eevee and Pikachu from our parents as a gift since he's been wanting to get back into Pokémon again. He's asked me to play them with him so I might do that a bit tomorrow.

Just finished Cat Quest on my Switch (Seriously, SO MUCH better and easier to control than the Steam version!!!) and am gonna finish Night In The Woods later. I'm also currently going through Atelier Ayesha again.
