What video games are you playing now?

I can beat Shantual and Grimsley but I can’t beat Caitlin yet.

Still playing Age of Calamity (almost done, I feel like the game is sort of drawing out the ending a bit too far), shifting my Pokemon Nuzlocke focus from Crystal to Sapphire. I'm currently around Fortree City grinding for Winnoa.

Started up Bravely Default over the weekend and enjoying it so far, even though the story is pretty barebones at the moment.

After Age of Calamity I'll move back to Breath of the Wild or maybe start Link's Awakening.

Animal Crossing- New Horizons. Toy Day was fun. The sleigh was pretty cool. I finally built a perfect snowboy.

Stardew Valley (PC) I started a beach farm.

Finished Black and I erased my copy of Black 2 (again, game wasn’t finished) and started that. I’m hopefully soon am going to do rematch and get a new Hall of Fame record for all my other games too.

Plus, I’m not giving my Pokémon nicknames. I just got another copy of Ultra Sun and it’s in it’s case. I’m finished with HeartGold and Diamond so I don’t need to buy some that are in their cases. I can buy some new cases so they can be like they were first packaged. I’m mailing my old copy to my cousin. I think the game is erased. I recycled the GameStop black case and my Ultra Moon case for an extra place to store the cartridges.

Dragon Quest XI. I'm at the part where I'm supposed to be taking down that giant squid monster. Problem is, the enemies have been slaughtering my party. What kind of equipment should I be giving them? I've tried buying as much of the latest equipment I can from each shop, which worked fine before, but has come to a snag. I have been using the fun size forge to make new equipment and upgrade them.

Picking Bravely Default back up again! Soo many years later and I've not beaten it yet since it's been too hard for me, even on easy mode aha. Having my partner help me out with some of these bosses. Eventually I'll pick up Bravely Second too. @_@

Still doing Ring FIt Adventure on Day 10 of doing this, finished World 4 of its adventure mode.

Also started Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity yesterday, did Mipha and Urbosa's missions today and a bunch of side stuff.

Picked up Dragon Quest 11 S (PS4) again today and played it on and off during the day (I had an early morning migraine so I didn't play much). I'm not very far. I just completed the Jarvis quest where you recruit Veronica (blegh) and Serena. Will start heading to Gollopolis for the next event though I know that, unlike the original version, I'll be going to Tickington first, as that's one of the new "levels" (or, more accurately, side-quests) in the Definitive Edition. Since I have the bonus boar costume for Veronica I put her in it, as, in my opinion, fits her pigheaded personality, although it apparently lowers her Magical Might, though, at the very least, its defense boost is much higher than any of the currently available female armor stock (considering she's a glass cannon, she needs any boost she can get). Well, whatever. Will probably play some more tomorrow, as I'm still pretty tired from both the migraine and my two shopping trips (every store around here has different stock, with only the "basics" in common like Coke, so you often have to go to each store to pick up the things that you can't from another, which is annoying), thus I'm a bit wiped out. But, anyway, both Hero and Erik are at Level 13 while Veronica and Serena are at Level 12.

Spyro 2 Reignited: 100%'d Summer Forest, and 6.5 worlds into Autumn Plains (I gotta head back to Fracture Hills once I learn whatever head bashing is). I had initially violently rejected the character designs in this one, but after re-evalutaing it's actually just Alora I despise and I was unfairly projecting that onto everyone else. 'Cause like, Hunter, Moneybags, Ripto, they all actually look great, Alora's the only one who really looks like ass.

Mario Odyssey: Opened up the second batch of moons in each kingdom as I followed Peach around, I think the current count's somewhere around 750-ish? I'm honestly not too certain.

Dragon Ball Kakarot: Currently in the first intermission post-Saiyan Saga, and the game's pretty fun mostly. Grinding out Z-Orbs for the attack tree is already absolute ass though, and I can only see it getting worse as the prices climb. The animation is on-fucking-point, too. Vegeta's facial expressions during the fight against him are just, *mwah*.

Spider-Man PS4: Only just started, really, put Kingpin away and got a couple security towers up but that's pretty much all. Reasonably enjoyable so far, but the combat's not the best it could be imo. It's way too easy to lose track of enemies off-screen, and way too hard to notice whether they've got a weapon and are gonna no-sell your combo or not. Brutes are assholes from the one fight I had with one, too. They attack way too many times in a row, webbing in general flies everywhere instead of really targeting one specific guy (and because you need to empty basically a whole canister to incapacitate one guy that's super annoying), and like weapon guys they just no-sell most of what you can do. They just break any flow the combat may have had because you've gotta focus so specifically on a single action to avoid getting your shit whipped. I'm hoping this is gonna turn out like God of War where I just have to spend a few days sucking before I get a real handle on it because otherwise I can see it seriously getting in the way of enjoying this game.

Been playing Doom Eternal a lot recently. Play a level or 3 once a day to keep myself sharp. Difficulty is fair and pretty easy on normal or easy. Don't listen to those game journalists they play worse than my 8 year old nephew.

Still playing Fire emblem heroes. I have a better feeling about this year than the last one.

Also gonna start Bloodstained and Fate Extella Link soon.

I gotta head back to Fracture Hills once I learn whatever head bashing is

Its basically Spyro's ground pound.

I hope you didn't do that alchemist escorting mission yet. If you did, you gotta do it a second time to help Hunter and take down the Earthshapers with him.

Spyro 2 Reignited: Reached Winter Tundra (Gulp's fight sucks btw), learned head bashing and went back to Fracture Hills and Shady Oasis to hit 100% on Autumn Plains. I think that leaves Winter Tundra as the only world left? It seems strange to leave spring out of the seasonal theme naming but the way my percentages are lining up I can't imagine a full fourth world after this one.

I hope you didn't do that alchemist escorting mission yet. If you did, you gotta do it a second time to help Hunter and take down the Earthshapers with him.
I did and I was furious when I had to do it again.
