No, but April May. Why the seasonal pun? Because in The Adventures of Snorlax & Cubone, the friendship between Cubone and Snorlax blossoms over the course of all four seasons! This series of shorts was produced by Polygon Pictures Inc. as part of Project Snorlax. A 5-minute compilation of all four shorts was released on the official Pokémon Japanese and English YouTube channels on December 29, 2023, and on the Indian YouTube channels on February 14, 2024. Known as A Good Day for a Dream in China, it's a beautiful short created by the popular Chinese HMCH Anime Studio celebrating Rayquaza and the Chinese New Year. Why Rayquaza? A New Way to Play
Do you love the Pokémon Trading Card Game but are just tired of all the powerful Pokémon ex? You aren't alone. And that's why we have the Gym Leader Challenge format! This alternative way to play, created by long-time player Andrew Mahone, is a reference to how Gym Leaders in the Pokémon games often specialize in just one Pokémon type, that being one of GLC's rules. Even though it's a fan-created format, the Gym Leader Challenge format has been acknowledged in official Pokémon materials and events. It is included in the official Pokémon TCG Alternative Play Handbook, and has been featured as a side event in tournaments such as the 2022 World Championships and the 2023 Europe International Championships. Thanks to our resident TCG expert anzasquiddles, you too can enjoy this new way to play!
